I was referred to Six Brothers Roofing by a friend and expected a professional experience — but they never answer the phone. I’ve tried calling multiple times during business hours and have yet to speak to anyone. How can a business stay open if they don’t even respond to potential customers? This is extremely disappointing, especially when someone is in urgent need of a roof inspection. If this is how they handle incoming calls, I’d be concerned about how they handle actual service.
