  Your guy driving a pickup cut me off two times and another car without any blinker. Then he started road raging when I honked at him. Truck 26. You should hire better drivers or install cameras in your trucks. This is inexcusable behavior.

  Dear Chris, We screen all of our drivers. We also have GPS and cameras in our vehicles. We will review the footage and if our employee acted improperly, they will be held accountable. We noticed most of your reviews are criticizing the driving of many small businesses. Seems like you encounter many bad driving situations. Which leads us to wonder what the reviews of your driving would be if you were not given anonymity. Please remember that people make mistakes and not everything is intentional.   What was supposed to be a 3 month project is now on month 8. There were still leaks after they supposedly completed buildings, and many residents have had nails in their tires due to the company not cleaning up nails and debris. Gutters have been ruined due to workers leaving trash such as water bottles all of the roof. AC units have been ruined. Condo complexes, I do not recommend this company. I have seen buildings built faster around us than it has taken for our roof to be redone.

  Jennifer, Crabapple Roofing is very sorry to hear your experience. As you know the current project is very difficult and challenging logistically. We have tried our best not to impact the residence. Some of the details of your statement are not accurate. Please contact your HOA or management company for clarification. The duration for the project has always been 6 months not including weather delays. We experienced significant amounts of inclement weather during the project. HVAC issues were addressed with both the HOA and management company. They were to communicate with the residents. If you have experienced any issues with damage to tires from debris. Please contact Beacon Management directly. We have paid for invoices submitted to Crabapple Roofing by Beacon Management. We try our best to work with everyone to achieve the best outcome. It is not easy to replace up to 100,000 square feet of roofing while the residence and contractors all use the same entrances and exits. Please remember that we will make mistakes but we do hold ourselves accountable and try correct any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Thank you for your feedback. It will be discussed among our team.

  Ricky and Ben were fantastic! They fixed a leak in our roof that was causing water to come into the building during heavy rain. They were quick, professional, and showed me photos of the issue and the repair. Great communication, fair service, and quality work. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Marlon was our technician today. He was very timely and professional. We received a phone call before his arrival and once he was here he took the time to discuss what we had seen.   Marlon once again was exceptional. We’ve been having a problem in a particular area on our roof with a leak he really took his time to troubleshoot all areas. I’m Hoping we found the problem this time.
