0 stars….. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL… this company came to our property offering free roof inspection that later was charge for 150.00 then install tarps on our roof for free that later was charge at 1500 so….. they receive the money from a public adjuster that they use without our authorization and had our money for 3 months and never advise us. Then we have to make the public adjuster PROACTIVE to recover our money and take forever again.do not trust them8 when they offer you help.also the project manager NICOLE worst ever so rude and had the audacity to call my mom not a honest person.

Pulled my personal information from the public records and cold called me asking for roof replacements. Door knocking is one thing, but this type of solicitation is unbecoming of a local business.

My experience with GMG roofing was not good. My new roof & porch rebuild took 5 months to complete and I had to beg for work to be done throughout the entire project. My contractor would ghost me for weeks at a time. The work was done to my satisfaction but the process was painful. I do not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and truly appreciate your patience throughout the process. In this particular case, the timeline was largely dependent on the insurance company's decisions, which were unfortunately out of our control. At GMG Roofing Division LLC, we always strive to provide timely and high-quality service, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better circumstances.
