  Requested a quote for gutter installation and never received a reply. We ended up using Pro Gutter Systems, who did a terrific job.

After seeing your comments, we immediately checked our records and unfortunately cannot find a quote request or phone call from you. We’re not sure how the request was submitted or what may have happened, but it does not appear that it ever reached our office. Had we received it, we absolutely would have responded. As a local, family-owned business, we take our customer service and Google reviews very seriously. We would sincerely ask for a little grace in this situation, as we were never aware of your request and therefore never had the opportunity to assist you. We certainly would never intentionally ignore a potential customer. We’re glad to hear that you were ultimately able to get your gutter project completed and that you’re happy with the results. We would also greatly appreciate it if you would consider reconsidering the one-star rating, given that this appears to have been an unfortunate communication issue rather than an experience with our company or the quality of our work.   We have used KTM for 2 different homes. They replaced our roof 2 years ago for $25,000. Since then we have had 2 leaks which they declined to fix....said it wasn't their fault. We paid another company over $3000 to fix the roof. There were several issues deemed as poor workmanship and improperly installed flashing which they declined to fix. Just yesterday the third section of 4 cap shingle fell off the roof. Again we had another company come in and fix it since we expected that KTM would not honor their workmanship warranty. I will never use KTM roofing again and do not recommend them .

Our team has responded to every warranty request you’ve submitted and has never declined to inspect a concern. Each visit included a full evaluation and clear explanation of our findings. One of the issues you experienced was the result of a microburst, which is a weather-related event not covered under workmanship warranty. However, we still completed that repair as a courtesy. Similarly, when fascia damage was identified, which was not part of our original roofing scope, we again repaired it free of charge to assist you. During your most recent inspection in August 2025, our technician found that the concern was related to a masonry/structural condition rather than a roofing issue, which is why we recommended contacting a masonry professional for proper remediation. We also appreciate the positive feedback you shared with our team following a previous visit, noting that you were happy with the fascia repair and appreciative of our customer service. We always strive to help where our scope allows and have done so consistently throughout our time working with you.   KTM replaced our roof. They were expensive, the workers were rude, and they broke planters and a cast iron metal chair. My yard still had roofing remnants and nails all around my house. I almost stepped on one a year and a half after their work was completed and they were long gone. NEVER AGAIN!

Is it possible that your project was completed under another name? We ask this because we looked at the scope of work you are referencing and have mentioned here, and we cannot find any record of a project like this in our system; or anything similar to what you are describing being a project that we have completed for any of our customers. Just know that we have gone through ALL of our records and do not see you or your project type listed as something KTM Roofing has completed or worked on. At KTM Roofing, we stand behind our work, 100% of the time. We are known by our customers to hold this standard, even when there may be a defect of the product itself or workmanship quality. We would never leave any of our customers hanging, especially in the sense of them having to shell out their own hard earned money to fix a mistake we may have made. Furthermore, if this is the case, we will cover those expenses you have incurred. Therefore, we ask that you please contact us so that we can track down your work order if you did work with us previously, and in the event that we do find that you have done business with us, we will make you whole again.

  My son found KTM online. One of their reps name Tony came out and inspected the roof. He gave us a quote, but after that he ghosted us. I finally reached him after several attempts and he told me that they tried to reach us. After verifying our contact information he stated that someone from the office will be contacting me that day to set up a date and time to come out to do the work. But I never received a call or email. After two days I contacted Tony again and he apologized and said he would get them to call me that day. Well again it never happened. So now I'm in the process of finding someone else to do the job. KTM is very unprofessional and I won't recommend anyone to use them.

  A rep came out, inspected our roof very quickly, and we never heard from them again. Very unprofessional. I would assume a company would at least follow up with a perspective client letting them know they don't want to take on a project. I would not waste your time with this company.

  Six years after getting a new shingle roof from KTM, evidence of leaks around the chimney appeared, With a 12 year warranty I called KTM and the next day the roof was inspected and a re-flashing was scheduled for the next day at no cost. I am thankful that I chose this company for the original reroofing and for their prompt action.

  KTM Roofing was unbelievable. They were very helpful in planning and executing roof and gutter work on our home. They priced the job better and anyone else and completed the early and under budget. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend them for any commercial or residential project you have. Good people, great prices, expert work….what more can you ask for!!??

  KTM did a great job installing a mansard roof with architectural shingles ten years ago. A couple of shingles have slipped in the last few years and the repairs have been quick, professional and covered by warranty. I highly recommend KTM.

  Had a roof leak causing water to come through the attic and damage the ceiling inside the master suite. KTM diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution. After sending a detailed estimate, the repair was scheduled and completed timely and professionally. Would definitely use KTM again if I had another roof issue.
