  My client is buying this house and it needed a roof inspection. I hired this company. Mr. Pedram “Peter” Bidhendi showed up on time at 11am and said he conducted the roof inspection (pre- paid in full) even thought it was storming but by 6pm I still had not received my inspection's report when the selling agent called me to let me know "My Roofing Guy, Peter", had cut a deal with the house owner, and was going to fix the roof for him. It has been 5 days, I still have not received my report. I asked for a refund. STILL no Refund. As a realtor, I am very familiar with roof inspectors, I am never using this one again. Just beware. NOT recommended for real estate business.

  Did a great job. With the heat blistering on them they worked efficient, quick and did the work even in harsh conditions, and made the job look great i would recommend them to anyone.

  Palace Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The quoting process was very thorough letting me know the condition of my roof and what was needed for the new roof. I appreciated the level of detailed explanation and their the quality of work putting on the new roof. I definitely recommend Palace Roofing for your roofing needs.

  Peter took care of a gutter issue even though it was small. I was very pleased with the result. We talked about every possible way the job could be done, pros and cons, and ended up with a great result.
