  Answered the phone completely disrespectfully with no intentions of showing compassion. Language was vulgar, the entire feel was vile. I do not recommend.

  Horrible experience. Make sure you get a Full Contract if you deal with this company. Take pictures regularly and make sure that their license are valid and that all regulatory permits were obtained for the work being completed. If they are subcontracting make sure you get a copy of the subcontractors number, license, and address. Also have the subcontractor write down exactly what they were told to do. Remember that integrity is important when if comes to repairs to your home, if you can not trust the person in charge of the work you should use a different company.

  I ask for an estimate to resingle garage. Gentleman came by did not leave an estimate. He left a paper for my consent to be 3rd party for my insurance co. He was to call back, have not heard from him all week. Called another company.

  I contacted Sipe Roofing and General Contracting after being denied a claim on my roof. Mr. Sipe came out and documented all the storm damage. He told me to be patient that State Farm would drag this out hoping we would just go away. He fought diligently for me for almost a year to get the full replacement of my roof and the interior damages. I highly recommend him and his staff for roofing and home improvements. He is the Best in town!

  We needed to get our roof replaced after having our twin girls, but insurance decided that they only wanted to cover a third of our cost so sipe roofing stepped in and helped us through the claims process to get full coverage of our roof replacement and it has been stellar results.   Needed a new roof from storm damage and the insurance company was giving me the run around. The did not want to replace the roof and only offered partial coverage. Mr. Sipe and his team worked with me and the insurance coverage to get the whole roof replaced. Only had to pay my insurance deductible.

A roof can look professionally completed and still be installed wrong. Shingles that aren't nailed to spec. Flashing that's a little off where the roof meets a wall or chimney.
