After a bad experience with a previous roofing contractor, we needed a commercial roofer we could really trust. Our building roof had been resurfaced, but during a heavy Texas rainstorm it leaked even worse than before. When we tried to get help from the original roofer, they were nowhere to be found, so we started searching for a reliable team that knew commercial roofing and would stand behind their work. After comparing a few roofing companies, we chose Simmons & Sons Roofing Llc. Roger inspected the roof carefully and explained in simple terms that part of the earlier resurfacing had been done the wrong way and needed proper repair. He was patient, answered every question, and never made us feel pressured, which meant a lot after what we had already dealt with. We moved forward with the recommended roofing repairs, and the crew did exactly what they promised. They were professional, communicated well, and made us feel confident that the flat roof system was being handled the right way. After the next big Texas downpour, the roof performed like it should with no more leaks. We also appreciated the follow-up afterward, which showed real integrity and customer care. We would gladly use them again for any commercial roofing repair and highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable roof work.

They did an excellent job rebuilding the chimney on our older home and making it blend in like it had always been part of the original roofline. Leonard also helped us with the paperwork and guidance needed for historic property requirements, which made the whole roofing and chimney repair process much easier. The crew was skilled, professional, and the final masonry and chimney work came out beautiful. We especially appreciated how much care went into matching the look of the home while improving the structure and long-term durability. On a home with older roofing and chimney features, that kind of attention to detail really matters. Miguel and the team were respectful and worked hard to keep the project moving. There were a few moments where we would have liked more updates about on-site activity, but everything was handled well in the end and the results were worth it. The finished chimney looks fantastic, adds to the character of the house, and gives us confidence in the quality of the exterior work. The pricing was on the higher side, but for specialized chimney and roofing-related restoration, the workmanship and final outcome were excellent.

We had our old roof torn off and a new seamless metal roof installed by two separate crews. Both teams were polite, professional, and easy to work with. They did a solid job cleaning up, and the yard was left in very good shape. The …

i would highly recommend this roofing team. During a long day of heavy rain, the roof drain got packed with leaves, so the water had nowhere to go and started coming in around the skylight and can lights. It was a mess, but ayden and jorge showed up quickly, were very friendly, and handled the issue in a professional way. They cleared the blockage, checked the drainage area, and made sure the roof was shedding water the right way again. The crew also explained what caused the backup and gave helpful advice on basic roof maintenance for rainy weather and heat. They followed up the next day and set a return visit to make sure everything stayed in good shape. very responsive, very professional, and an awesome roofing crew.

I highly recommend Simmons & Sons Roofing LLC for a re-roof and gutter project. I compared several roofing bids, and most offered similar shingles, warranties, and pricing, but this team stood out by giving the most detailed roof inspection …

From the first roof estimate, I was really impressed. They found storm and hail damage that other roofing bidders had missed, and we would not have gotten such complete coverage without Jorge’s careful inspection and help working with our …

I had my roof installed more than 20 years ago, and after some strong wind recently, a few shingles came loose on the side that gets the most exposure. A roof inspector came out fast and handled everything well. Theodore and Jorge in the office were very helpful with scheduling and payment questions. The shingle repair on my steep roof had to be moved twice because of rain, but I was kept informed early each time. Miguel and Theodore did the repair with great care, worked efficiently, and were friendly and respectful even with the wet conditions. I really appreciated the solid roofing service and clear communication from the whole team.

Recently had new gutters installed after a roof inspection from Simmons & Sons Roofing LLC, and i was very pleased with the clear communication, helpful paperwork, and honest approach through the whole process. ayden was quick to respond, and we received a detailed photo gallery showing our roof did not need a full replacement at this time, which really showed good ethics and solid roofing knowledge. We also moved forward with new gutter installation, and the work was efficient, professional, and affordable. the crew kept the jobsite clean, explained the materials and drainage plan in simple terms, and made sure everything was set up to handle heavy rain and long hot weather. i would highly recommend them for any roof inspection, gutter install, or general roofing needs. leonard and roger were also easy to work with, and the overall service felt reliable from start to finish.

Ayden was friendly and easy to talk with. He walked around my home, looked over the roof, and explained my roofing needs in simple terms. He went over how the crew could handle the job, quickly sent me an estimate, and answered all of my questions. He also came back to make sure I fully understood the proposal, the material options, and the contract before I moved forward. The roof installation was done very well from start to finish. Material delivery and the roofing work stayed on schedule, and the crew clearly knew what they were doing. They removed three old roof layers, replaced damaged decking with plywood where needed, and installed the new shingles with care. I was especially impressed by how the roofers tied together the different roof pitches and worked carefully around the three chimneys to make sure everything was sealed right and built to keep out rain and heat. That kind of detail shows real roofing skill and experience. The crew worked hard all day with very little downtime. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the debris and loaded their tools before leaving, which helped keep the property neat and safe. After the job, they followed up by text, phone, and email to make sure I was happy with the finished roof. I am very satisfied with the whole experience and the quality of the roofing work.

Leonard came out to inspect my home for roof damage, and I did not expect that level of service. He clearly explained the full roofing system, current code requirements, and what my roof was missing in simple terms. There was no sales pressure at all, just honest guidance and helpful roofing knowledge. About a week after the inspection, my gutters led to a serious leak on the fascia. I was not sure who to call, so I reached out to Leonard for advice. Instead of giving a basic answer, he quickly came over and helped locate and fix the problem before the next Texas storm rolled through. When I am ready for a full roof replacement, he will be the only roofer I call.
