The WORST roofing company. Avoid your troubles.i would give them 0 starts if I could. From overcharging, using used shingles and not answering the phone when issues arise.

They called me a day late after I had already gone with a different company. I let them come out for a 2nd quote. They said they were going to be at my house at a certain time and showed up 2 hours late. I told them to leave me alone and to not come to my house again, and they still text, call, and showed up at my home again. I’m glad I went with someone else. Update. I just received a phone call from the so-called owner despite my requests to be left alone. He wanted to check in with me regarding why I left a bad review. I explained why I left the review. He apologized and asked if I would remove the review, offering me a $40 gift card in exchange for its removal. Rather than explaining how they will do better in the future, they instead tried to incentivize my review. I would be very careful if you decide to move forward with this company. There are way too many red flags. I understand the need to move fast and be aggressive with sales, but this doesn’t require using shady and dubious tactics. I can’t speak to the level of service they provide, but based on my presale experience, I don’t want to know. This review will stay up indefinitely. My recommendation would be to ask the owner what they have done to correct their abhorrent business practices. If you get the ick, you should follow your gut.

Although roof replacement may seem routine mine had the complexity of detaching and reattaching 17 solar panels. A process of which I was very concerned given their expense. Mario worked closely with me and the adjuster before, during and after replacement of the roof and solar panels to ensure there were no surprises along the way and a quality product was being delivered. To my relief the panels were detached and reattached with no problem. The quality and workmanship of the roof is good I no longer hear the squirrels as they make their way from one side to the other.

I highly recommend Golden Nail Roofing! This company is so much more than just a roofing business, they truly treat their clients like family and are deeply invested in their community. It’s rare to find a company that consistently chooses to do the right thing, even when no one is watching. If you’re looking for a roofing company that puts people before profit, I can’t recommend Golden Nail Roofing enough!!
