  Trevor, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is to deal with leaks and the damage they can cause. In reviewing our records, it shows our team completed shingle reroof on the home for the previous owner, however, the skylights were not part of the scope of the project. We had identified some concerns with the skylight, as well as areas around the chimney that we mentioned should be evaluated separately.   Had an open case with GAF using Kidd Roofing since Sept 2023. They pulled one of two shingles necessary for warranty assessment, however they still haven't come back out to pull the other shingle so they can be forwarded to GAF. After multiple phone calls and emails reminding them, they are now ducking the calls. Have to restart the warranty process since the time is about to expire! I recommend to look for another GAF Master Elite roofer!

  Jimmy knows roofing and made the bid process fast and easy. The price was the best bid! It was a r-eroof so removing the old roof was very fast and new decking and shingling was amazingly fast. The clean up was maticulous! The whole experience was actually pleasant. 5 stars are well deserved!

  We have been extremely pleased with Kidd Roofing and especially our experience working with Jeff Martin. Jeff has been very responsive and consistently gets our bids back quickly for our new home construction projects. What we appreciate most is that Kidd Roofing takes the time to review our specifications carefully and make sure their proposals meet the requirements of each project. Jeff has also been proactive in offering recommendations when he sees an opportunity to improve the roofing system or overall quality, while still being mindful of our budget. That level of communication, attention to detail, and willingness to provide solutions is exactly what we look for in a trade partner. Based on our experience so far, Kidd Roofing will be installing the roofs on our next two new construction projects, and we look forward to continuing to work with Jeff and his team. Highly recommended for builders or homeowners looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable roofing contractor.

  Billy Harris was amazing. After trying to be scammed by another roofing company, Billy stepped up and was able to get us a new roof, gutters and garage door. His honest work was nice to see after the other company tried to take our money and only give us a new roof. I appreciate the honesty and commitment he showed in helping our family!

  Exceptional service from Kid Roofing! They were on our roof the morning after we filed our claim. Lucas H. was professional, fast, and great to work with. Literally right after he fixed it, a huge storm rolled through, and the roof is perfectly sealed with zero leaks. Awesome response and attitude—100% recommended

  Kidd Roofing came out and serviced my roof and did a thorough, excellent job while answering all of my questions.
