  If I could give this shady company 0 stars, I absolutely would. The worst service and communication I have ever experienced with a contractor. ADAM BROWNING is the main reason why my experience was awful. Overpriced, terrible work, not responsive, and clearly did not have my needs in mind. I can't believe how both rude AND incompetent this man truly is and IntegriBuild should be ashamed to be so crooked and dishonest.

  I used this company about a year or so ago, only for gutters.. their prices were higher than the other quotes I got, but went with them based on reviews. The assessor who first came out was friendly and was on time and excellent in general. He gave me a quote and we moved forward. However, they contract out labor like most companies, and the laborers they contracted out for me, did a terrible job on gutter install. At first, everything seemed to work OK, but as soon as we had the first heavy rainfall, the gutters failed (ended up tilting downward) and didn't work properly. The water would cascade over the edges despite the gutters being clean and leaf guards being put in place. I tried to contact them and the assessor told me his 'gutter guys were busy', so I just decided to move on with someone else. I finally managed to get a local gutter guy to come out and look at them and he shook his head and laughed when he saw the gutters and the shoddy way they were installed. He also said that the slope of the gutters were incorrect and they were holding any water that entered them instead of draining. I generally like to go back to companies that I've had good experiences with, and thought this may be a future roofer for me, but this experience doesn't make me want to do that. Maybe the roofers they hire are better than the gutter guys, but I won't be back, nor will I recommend them to friends.

  I have received an estimate by Joshua for $1150 in November 2018 and was moving forward to get the repairs for my porch roof done. Joshua was let go in December and Mark gave me a new estimate for $1700. Explanation, Joshua was let go because he didn’t charge customers enough for Integribuilt to make enough profit. So I just got caught in the middle of all of this mess. I’ve asked Mark and the front office, Kaitlyn, for Mr. Darren Williams, the owner, to phone me. Mr. WILLIAMS never did call. I sent him an email to honor the original estimate. Mr. WILLIAMS sent me an email back by rescinding his estimates and wish me good luck. These are the times we live in. I ultimately paid for the mistake Mr. Williams made by hiring someone that doesn’t accumulate enough profit for the company but yet it took Mr. Williams 4 month to figure this out. At the end my job wasn’t big enough and not profitable, so I received a dear John email. Mr. Williams kept me anonymous so he wouldn’t have to deal with the fact that I’m actually a human being. It is not easy for a 63 year old female to find honest work for around the house. Just two more things to mention, Mark sent me twice the estimate over $1700 per email with the binding e-signature. Of course I didn’t do that. Nice try. Also I initiated after Joshua is leaving in December all communication. All this happened during the holiday season, which makes Mr. Williams the Scrooge. 2/9/19 A lot to say for a man that never had the curtesy to return any of my phone calls, but yet responded to my review same day. I left other reviews for businesses. It's what everyone does to share their experience with businesses. It is a common practice. This is my side of the story. I have e-mails with Joshua moving forward. Marc just picked up his customers after Joshua was terminated. Joshua didn't make a mistake, he just didn't price his estimates high enough.   The only reason I am giving this company two stars is because the technician that came out to my house was really nice and I enjoyed our conversation. Other than that, I have had a terrible experience with RBN Roofing. First, when I called I told the guy I spoke to that they had been recommended to me through my HOA. He thought I said that I was from an HOA and proceeded to speak to me as if I was, when I finally explained that I am a homeowner his tone never changed. He was short with me and obviously didn't care about customer service. Which was right off the bat disappointing because my HOA had referred him. He was able to get a technician out the same day which was nice. I was hoping to get someone out within the following days so my husband could be home with me, but that wasn't the case. Luckily the technician was extremely nice and patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions. When the technician was done he didn't have me sign anything and gave me no paperwork that says he was at my house. He told me the guy I talked to on the phone would email me. I was uneasy because I like to get receipts that show a paper trail. Two weeks later I still had not heard from the guy on the phone, so I called the number on the website and filled out the "contact us" form and never heard from anyone. FOUR months later, I get an email from Brea (someone I had never spoken to before) with an invoice saying I owed money that was due the same day I got the email. The only thing the invoice said was "Roof Repair" with no date as to when they actually came out. After having Brea add the proper date to the invoice, I paid it. Let me reiterate this, they didn't contact me until FOUR months after the work was done. Four months.. I tried to contact them two weeks after the work was done and heard nothing from them. Four months to hear back from a company for payment is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will never work with this company again and I will not recommend t

They were courteous and professional throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain each step thoroughly and making me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They treated my home and property with the utmost respect, and even did a full cleanup after the repairs were completed. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!   Integribilt installed our flat-top TPO roof seven years ago and we recently experienced a leak at one of the drains that caused some sheetrock damage on our ceiling. I emailed Integribilit requesting an appointment for a tech to come out and diagnose the cause of the leak. Christian Bethune and an experienced technician arrived the following morning. They quickly diagnosed the cause and determined a solution. As a proactive measure, they also inspected several other potential problem areas which were not leaking at this point. Christian submitted a cost estimate which we approved. Within a week, a pair of techs arrived and repaired the drain leak and resealed the other areas with potential leaks. Christian followed up with a water leak test and there were none. Problem solved! I We were impressed with Christian's professionalism, quick response and his communication skills. We would definitely endorse and recommend contacting Christian at Integribilt for all your roofing needs.

  I had called & Christian came out and gave me an estimate. I was very impressed by him following up with me and my insurance adjuster. He was always on time, explained the roofing job very well and worked with me on my cost. He was very professional, honest Dad & husband. They finished the job today and everything went exactly as a he said. He oversees the job while the 8 roofers are working so I didn't have to worry about anything. They used quality materials and finished my roof in a day. I had gotten other quotes but I was more impressed with Christian because I knew he would do what he said and he did! You will not be disappointed hiring this company.

  My husband and I purchased a new house and decided before our builder's warranty was up we should have a third party inspection of our home conducted. The inspection found that the original company who installed the roof had made several mistakes that needed to be repaired. The same company that installed it came to fix the issues and because of the bad workmanship that was originally done, I was weary of how the work was completed. We decided to do a second inspection of the roof after the repairs had been made to ensure we would have no future issues. Christian Bethune with IntegriBuilt Roofing came out and I could not be more please with how thorough he was upon his inspection. He showed us pictures of the issues that still needed to addressed from finding unsecured vent pipes, compromised shingles and poor/no seals around our roof. Even knowing he would not be booking a job from us (since we were still under warranty), he was all too happy to take the time to inform us about the issues and how to go about making sure they were fixed properly. He sent us his recommendations and photos in a report I was able to send it to the warranty department and we had all leftover issues fixed. 10/10 would recommend and I know in the future, if roof issues arise, I'll be asking for the Christian to come out and help us!
