Very disappointing experience. We hired Jimmy and his team to clean moss off our wooden roof and gutters. Soon after, the roof started leaking in the exact area they worked on. When we called him to come take a look even offering to pay he …

The guy who attended the call was uncourteous. He didn't even greet, nor said the company name. Will never call this place again. He yelled on top of that when I didn't understand his question. …

The individual who answered insisted that I was a sales call: I didn't get a proper answer. "What are you selling?" he kept repeating. I told him that I want to purchase one of his services. I clearly mentioned one problem, then the individual was asking about another problem totally unrelated to the problem I described. Possibly calling from a local area code will convince the answerer that you are not a sales call. Things went sour when I had to verify that I was calling Silicon Valley Roof Repairs, and I determined that the way the phone was answered wasn't professional. The answerer said he didn't care what I think, and I agreed because there are hundreds of other companies that I could call.

My bedroom wall has water noises since the rainy season on a new townhouse and I can barely sleep. The builder refused to repair it because it's out of warranty. Fortunately Jimmy was able to do a same day service after I called him. He …

We had a leak from our garage and the area where the main house connects to a sun room. Jimmy and his crew responded to our inquiry and came out to check out the roof on the same day. They are very professional and finished the job in about 4 hours.

I noticed a leakage during last rain and asked around for help. They are one of the only two that didn't upsell (the other one is only interested in big project). Apparently after termite guys did tenting, many tiles were broken. So I hired them for repairing all the roof tiles. The tile was probably from forty or fifty years ago but they managed to find matching tiles from somewhere far away. After initial repair, I noticed we under-count the broken tiles. They drove far again to grab more and Jim spent another afternoon repairing them. Now I'm glad I don't have any broken tiles on my roof. Pretty confident there won't be leakage next time it rains.

I’ve been using Silicon Valley Roof Repairs for annual roof maintenance for the past few years, and they’ve been fantastic every single time. Each visit, they inspect my roof thoroughly, clean out the gutters, replace broken tiles, blow clean the roof, and provide helpful updates about the overall condition so I can stay ahead of any issues. It’s such a relief knowing the roof is well-maintained and I won’t be surprised by sudden leaks or costly repairs. I truly appreciate the consistency and quality work — it’s rare these days. Highly recommend Silicon Valley Roof Repairs for anyone who wants peace of mind and great service year after year!
