  OK, they actually did a good on our roof... but, here's the deal. We a leaking roof which they replaced a section of. It had solar panels (the reason for the leak) and they had some people unistall them and reinstall them. They've never really worked all that well after that. Our electric bill shot up after this work and remains at a high level. Their solar people came out and messed around but nothing changed. In the end the solar people gaslighted me and tried to convince me our solar panels never really worked even though I have power bills to prove otherwise and using a standard solar calculator showed that they don't know what they are talking about. The owners of the roofing company won't call me back. So, if you have an existing solar system stay away these folks like the plague.

  Initially, I gave this company 5 stars.The original review is still there, below. Upon further inspection, many nails (>50) missed their mark on my eves. Also, there is some ceiling indication of a leak in one of the bedrooms. The company has been responsive and refunded a few hundred dollars to reimburse my painting contractor the cost of nail grinding. They refused to do the work themselves, despite my multiple requests. They sent over 3 managers to evaluate the ? leak and could not detect any, but assured me that they would take care of it in the future if in fact there was a leak. The many painting estimates I obtained were surprised by the number of misplaced nails and wondered how inspection was passed. Alan Sousa resigned from the company about 1 week after the completion of the job. The company has stood by its work, and seems honorable. But a general lack of supervision while the job was performed allowed this nail problem to occur (in the name of efficiency) and not be recognized by the company earlier. Only time will tell ultimately the quality of the job. Since replacing a roof is an infrequent maintenance issue, it's hard for me to assess the industry incidence of such occurances. Thus, I have lowered my star rating for this company. INITIAL REVIEW: I am very happy with the job and with the company. Alan Souza was my foreman. Very responsive. Some minor problems during the job were always addressed quickly and efficiently by Alan and the whole team. Roof looks great (Oyster and Pearl). Workmen were efficient and hard working, but spoke little English, not that much was needed. Obviously, only time will tell, but I highly recommend this company. Prices were comparable to others. Whole company answers phone immediately. Very customer responsive.

  We initially had Lifetime Roofing & Renovation inspect our roof and give us a quote, which seemed reasonable. However, once the work began and our original shingler was removed, they informed us that additional plywood was needed, leading to a sudden $10,000 increase, and said if we don't do that they won't apply a permit for it and no coverage at all later. We were able to negotiate it down to $7,000 after several rounds of painful arguments and left our roof totally open for 3 days, but the price still felt excessive and unreasonable. The original estimate should have been more accurate, and the additional charges were frustrating. While the work was eventually completed, the unexpected cost left us dissatisfied. We spent almost $30,000 for a 1,500 sqft house as a data point.

  All I can say is get more than one estimate. These guys were $20,000.00 over the company I went with for the exact same service. Tear off of old shingles, plywood sheeting ( not OSB), top of the line shingles, new gutters with leaf guards. They repaired some termite and dry rot damage fir a reasonable price. Pays to get 3 estimates

  They charged $750 for roof inspection and provided a one page report with no details. They were unavailable for any follow up questions or details. Absolutely unprofessional service. Save your money and find another agency.

  The roof over our garage had aged much faster than the rest of the house because it gets direct afternoon sun. We ended up replacing that section along with the main roof, and everything blends together perfectly.

Her roof was only four years old — and already leaking in two places. A Bayview homeowner called us in February about water coming through above the bathroom and over the dining nook. The flat 3-ply built-up roof had been installed in 2022. The aerial photos told the story: long stripes of white mastic criss-crossing the black surface, where earlier repairs had chased the leaks without ever catching them. She was clear that she would not pay for a full tear-off twice in four years. She didn't have to. The existing roof was structurally sound and dry underneath — the failures were in the surface plies and the patched seams — so we installed a white TPO overlay directly over the prepared roof. No tear-off, no disposal fees, and no days with the house open to the weather. The membrane was heat-welded into one continuous surface, with new boots at every vent pipe and wrapped flashing at the flue and curbs. Signed the same day we walked the roof, closed out within the week, warranty certificate issued after. Total: $11,900.
