We wanted a quote for putting Hardie Board Siding on our home. Miguel and Bobby came and took photos and did measurements and provided a lot of information. They were VERY nice people and we were very comfortable with them. The project is not in our budget as this time, but they were very helpful to us.

I have the pleasure of working with Eddie as our project manager. We had a leaky balcony that was causing mold to grow into our garage and we were looking to replace a rickety street facing door for our planned nursery. Eddie and the team …

This review is long overdue. In 2024, Robert and his team at First Tier Exterior did an amazing job with replacing our vinyl siding that was deteriorating with a fiber cement product. The amazing part stems from the fact that Robert took …

We worked with Jeff and team on a water intrusion issue with one of the windows of our unit. The team was professional and a pleasure to work with. They found where the leak was coming from and they were able to repair and fix this issue. Felix and the crew who performed the waterproofing and stucco work were top notch, and went above and beyond. Grateful to have found this company and to work with Jeff on solving our water intrusion issue around the window!

The team was very straight forward and efficient with their time and work and jumped on our project as soon as they could; which was a relief after a mixture of no call-backs and avoidance had us waiting more than 2 yrs to address our leaking roof. Bruce, Felix & Mahoni were great and always on it with any questions or concerns.

First hair exterior did an amazing job on my roof. I had a nasty leak and they sent someone out within 12 hours and they were the utmost professionals in their prices were incredibly reasonable. I then went ahead and recommended them to do the entire roof for my neighbor, and he was beyond appreciative. It’s nice to find an honest company these days.

We used Jeremy at FirstTier Exteriors and it was incredible. We have an historic home with a very unique and complicated roof. They tackled the job, and as they removed the old roof the surprises began. I expected them to try to change the …

I would like to thank Robert Aymelek and his team for the great service provided. They replaced my 25+ year old roof with a new Malarkey and fixed some wood structure. Robert is the best PM I've worked with, because of his professionalism and responsibility. He came to the site every day multiple times to make sure the projects went as planned. He communicates with me timely to explain every step whenever anything changes that need my decision. During the project I climbed up to the roof multiple times and I'm 100% convinced that they used quality materials and the roofers did top notch installation work (as they promised). Before I chose First Tier Exterior I have shopped around 5 roofing companies. Even though First Tier is not the cheapest, but obviously they provided the best value and I signed the contract in just 30 minutes. Specially, I like the complete transparency and zero hidden fees in their proposal.

First Tier Ext. is a top notch roof installer. If you are in need of a new roof make sure you ask for Robert Bayle at FTE. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and cares about his product and customer. He walked us through the entire process and was always punctual and responsive when we had questions. He was a great partner throughout. I have to acknowledge his team of installers who were always polite and thoughtful of our neighbors during install. Bottom line: we couldn't be happier. We went with the Timberline Solar Shingles and the finished product looks fantastic. Thank you, Robert B. and FTE.
