  I found this company on yelp and had hoped for a great experience based on their reviews however that was not the case. The person who answers the phone is obviously reading from a script and has zero personality. Very hard to communicate with. Once you get to the "supervisor", I wish I could say it gets better but it doesn't. They dont follow directions or sound competent. Im not sure who is in charge of training but Jake and Rudy need it badly. Please work on your customer service skills and communication. I represented a paying customer and Rudy lost our business by trying to argue with me about his lack of communication. Buyer beware.

  Attention / Fraud!!! : We've been ungoing a scam from an individual from India bangladesh threating if we do not pay or make the amount payable to him he will continue to leave bad reviews. these reviews are not real and are FAKE.... We've reported this to google and continue to fight this every day, every week, every month.

  My wife and I needed some work done And after all work was done my roof has damage on it because of this company and there sloppy job I highly don't recommend this company.

  Thank you Michael Cox for the review . Per our discussion you will receive full refund for the roof repair and unfortunately every leak is uniquely difficult to track specially in raining season but we try our best. To give some context for others who read this review. “ November 2023 we stop the initial leak. With these recent storms a new leak has submerged on Mr. Cox roof which is not related to the repair done back in November - we were able to stop the original leak that was initially happening but Mr. Cox received another leak up further from the location we originally repaired. The original leak is at the lower point of the roof very near to the second floor edge by the gutter and the new leak is higher up to the ridge point approximately 6-7ft difference. By default we are to assume the blame/ fault for the issue because we worked on the roof and this leak was never present before therefore we are at fault. We are giving Mr. Cox full refund for roof repair. Mr. Cox again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we are heart broken for the racial hate slur you said but we forgive you .

  The installation looked rushed. Some flashing wasn't fitted correctly, and I had another contractor fix the problems afterward.

  The crew didn't clean up properly after finishing the job. I found roofing nails all over my driveway and garden, which was frustrating.

  This review has been long overdue, but I finally wanted to share how great our experience was with North City Roofing. We had a leak that another roofer tried to fix two years ago and it never fully got resolved, so we reached out to a few companies, but after talking to Rudy, his knowledge and the way he broke everything down made it an easy choice. His team did a super thorough job and kept us in the loop the whole time with great communication. Really glad we went with them, Rudy and his crew definitely made the right call for us.
