Premier Roofing is easily a 5 star company. Lets face it getting a new roof if scary and you should prepare yourself for sticker shock. Premier wasn’t the cheapest company I got estimates from, nor were they the most expensive. But …

We needed a roof replacement for our home in Sunnyvale. It was very quick to get an appointment set up for an estimate with Premier. Vini met with us and instantly made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions, many of which before we even got a chance to ask them. Vini is knowledgeable and super friendly. After putting our deposit down, the job started quickly thereafter, and the crew was professional, quick, and left the job site clean. We are very pleased with our new roof. It looks beautiful, which we did not expect to see such a difference. Don’t hesitate to have your job done with Premier. We are extremely happy that we went with them!

I’m not going to lie. When it comes to a roof we collected several bids and the cheapest doesn’t mean the best. Vini told us whatever we’re going to get and he gave exactly that. His communication is comforting. We’ve done several home improvement projects and we always get over promised and under delivered. He delivered. We are team Vini.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Premier Roofing & Retrofit, and I can confidently say this was one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Before making our decision, we received estimates from several roofing companies. After carefully comparing them, we chose Premier Roofing & Retrofit because of their professionalism, excellent communication, high-quality materials, fair pricing, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. From the very beginning, Nick took care of us throughout the entire project, making it completely stress-free. Communication was exceptional at all times, as they kept us informed of every step of the way, answered every question promptly, and made sure we were comfortable with every decision. One thing that really stood out was Premier's commitment to using high-quality materials. Knowing that premium products were being used gave us complete confidence that our new roof was built to last for a very long time. The new roof looks absolutely beautiful, we really like the Amber color of the shingles, and every detail was completed with professionalism and precision. In addition to replacing the roof, they also installed new gutters in our flat roof section, closed off unwanted downspouts, and redirected the water flow out towards the front of the house to provide relief for the foundations around the house. The crew worked efficiently, respected our home, kept the job site clean every day, and paid close attention to every detail. From the roof installation to the gutter replacement, everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Again, a big thank you to Nick and his crew for taking such great care of us throughout the project. Their professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set Premier Roofing & Retrofit apart from other roofing companies. If you're looking for a roofing company that offers reasonable pricing, premium materials, exceptional craftsmanship, o
