  Owner response is bogus. Kevin damaged my TPO roof membrane. He caulked the bottom of the flange on my skylight thinking that might be why I had a roof leak. This made the leak worse, so he came back and removed the caulk with a sharp tool. …

  My neighbor is having their roof replaced and the roofers cleaned up all the debris from the house they were working on, but left all of the debris they dropped on our property. We were home, they could've knocked on the door to ask if they could come over to pick it up, but instead, they left it. Next day update and response to owner comment: My husband asked the roofers if they could clean up the debris on our property and they said they would. They left for the day and it's still there.

  So sorry to hear this. I will make sure this is addressed and find out why this would happen. Normally our roofers are very considerate of everybody. I will make sure it’s handled sorry again.

  I had my roof and awning replaced by Signature Roofing this week. The job was done professionally with quality materials. Kevin and his crew were more than competent and very respectful. I would definitely recommend them. The final price was actually less than the original estimate which was a nice bonus! 5 stars!!

  I was refered to Kevin by my painter to help replace some broken lightweight tiles on my roof that cracked during the job. He was great to work with. Not any of the buracracy of the larger companys, which I really appreciated. Kevin is a roofer, not a salesman. He has decades of experience and it showed. He looked over it all with me, gave me an honest assessment, which found some issues that I didn't even notice until he showed me, discussed a price (which was very fair) and he was able to fix everything I needed right on the spot with some spare tiles that I had already on hand. That was a nice surprise. Will definatley be calling him again when the roof needs work.

  I had a fantastic experience with Kevin in fixing up a very broken roof. He was very easy to communicate and explained my options patiently and provided a very reasonable quote. He additionaly helped me with installing some smoke detectors and such. I really appreciate the service mentality and work ethic which is quite rare. Always on time, his team met the schedule and did a fine job on the roof and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

  Signature roofing is the best! Kevin is so easy to work with. He is professional, and knowledgeable. He promptly did the roof on my elderly parent’s home after their old roof leaked .
