  We hired NRG for a roof inspection and minor repairs in October. They claimed all was good. Two months later our gutter company looked at it and found a leak between house & patio roof, slipped tiles and dryrot. Waiting for them to come take a look when they have time. We are not pleased with NRG and the work they have performed. Update. They came and looked twice and dropped the ball. Never got back to us. Update 4/9/25 We discovered a second area with dry rot to hat needs repair We have a two year certification on the roof and feel NRG should have found these leaks and should repair these issues. Update 5/4 while repairing the damage found on 4/9 we found more dry rot. Are photos below. It has. OST is about $10,000 to repair these issues damage that NRG missed on their roof inspection and they refuse to cover any of the repairs. They just told us they have a great lawyer

  Unfortunately you hung up on us while trying to resolve this and explain to you what your realtor contracted us to do. So, we did exactly what we were supposed to….. I also want to point out that we have done 2 additional repairs for you at no cost & this is based on a $495 Roof certification… unfortunately it looks like you were lied to and we did work for free.   NRG Pros Roofing replaced the flat roof, over my garage, that a previous roofing company (Garner) sub-standardly installed 4 years ago. NRG reviewed all the issues with me in detail both verbally and in pictures. They scheduled me within a week of signing the contract and worked efficiently and professionally until they completed the job. It is a worth a mention that they had the best price and the most included in their estimate. Their reps were great to work with and stayed in good communication with me throughout the work. I would recommend then without hesitation for any new, repair, or replacement roof work.

  Thanks to Jesse and Juan for a great experience! We had a leak in our roof that needed a fair amount of work to repair. Jesse’s team worked directly with insurance, jumping through tons of hoops and red tape, to get exactly what they needed for us to get our reimbursement. We opted to replace our whole roof in addition to that leaky section, plus all new gutters and downspouts. The team did a wonderful job in just a couple fast days of work. It looks great! but better yet, the team was prompt, professional, friendly and kept our property clean. I did an extensive search after they completed the roof and only found a few nails (to be expected as there’s thousands in the roof and it’s hard to see in the grass and flowerbeds). They added new venting and repaired a fair bit of rotted wood. We had a small issue after the install was complete, and the guys came out same day to address it. Couldn’t be happier with the results and the service. Thanks again!

  The sales person was very helpful and honest. The team handled all the details (building permit, inspections). They showed up on time. The job was completed in 2.5 days and passed inspection the first time. Their communication was excellent.

  NRG Pros was so good to work with. They did a great job and took lots of pictures for me to send to my insurance company. They were always here when they said they would be, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. If you need a new roof, NRG Pros is the way to go!

  NRG has re-roofed two rental properties I own in Stockton. Their customer service is top notch: fair pricing, good communication on timing and what to expect, easy to talk to, doesn't nickel and dime you. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NRG!

  Jesse replaced our roof last week. Overall we are very happy with the job. The crew was here very early every morning and worked for 3 days straight (which should be the norm in construction but as you know it's hit or miss these days). The crew was very friendly and communication with them, Jesse, and the company as a whole was top notch. We got several bids before going with NRG and Jesse was the only one who didn't give us this ridiculous drawn out sales pitch to get our business - straight to the point, answered all our questions and gave us a very fair price. Would definitely recommend.

  Excellent service - Jessie sent Eddie out within the hour to replace concrete tiles -which were broken - and causing a leak in our attic!! He fixed the issue very quickly and cleaned up all the debris.
