On February 25th a representative from NoahRoofing came out to give me an estimate on a roof repair or roof replacement after the visit, as of today, March 2nd, I have not received an estimate from this company. If you don't want my business that's fine. I won't recommend anyone to do business with you The guy that came out I don't know if he was the owner. I don't know if he was an employee. Terrible representation of The company Good luck in the future.

Had an appointment for a free estimate on a new roof for my house that should have occurred today but I had a laughably bad experience instead. The appointment was for 4pm and around 1:30 I got a call saying they would be late to my appt, …

first and most importantly, they quoted us on the Certainteed Diamond Deck synthetic felt only on original paperwork. Upon installation I noticed that it was GAF vs. Certainties. The paperwork was revised only after I had spoken with Steve. I did request a couple times that they remove Certainteed Diamond Deck felt and put on the GAF, but instead they just added a additional verbage so they could legally substitute. I still have original paperwork. So i asked them why they did not install what was on the quote and that i wanted to know the price difference and a credit if the price point was different. Steve House (owner) told us the price point was comparable, but doing my own research it is not by any means comparable in price. Certainteed Diamond Deck goes for about $190 for a 250 ft roll and GAF goes for about $82 for a 1000 ft roll. so you can see that there is a huge difference. So as far as i am concerned I FEEL as though it was a bait and switch. He said the manufacturer for the Certainteed was backordered, but i found it on so many different websites and it was available. He also stated that there would be a crew installing my roof, for the most part it was a 1 man band. Other than his brother coming on the job and helping the very nice gentleman who was working on our roof. The brother was very rude to my husband. When my husband and i asked why things were not getting done as promised on the estimate. for example... the quote showed to replace dry rot, some of it was not done, but we had to bring it to their attention and ask why. Instead of addressing the issue with us ahead of time. It was like the Scope of work never got discussed with the worker.. ugh! We did get a credit for the dry rot that was not done, after and only after i brought it to their attention. I had expressed that i was concerned with the nails/staples in the backyard and they insured me that one of the crew (hahaha) would go in with a magnet and pick them up. this was done by m

We are sorry to hear about your frustration and the confusion which occurred in your reroofing experience. This last year has been trying for many in so many different ways. We have seen a shortage in roofing supplies. Our local roofing supply company substituted Diamond Deck with a comparable product approved by CertainTeed as they ran out of supply and we didn’t know before delivery, which is unfortunately what happened in your situation. While we thought you were aware of this possibility, we apologize that we didn’t communicate that properly through documentation. We understand you may feel like this was a bait and switch but we honestly gave you a product equal in cost and quality that is provided by the roofing suppliers. In the future, we will implement a new policy that will require documentation when such changes are made. As a family-owned business, we may have times when we may be a bit short handed due to scheduled and unscheduled time off, but we strive not to operate like that normally. In an effort to complete the current jobs before the rain hit, this was one of those times and I believe our crew worked overtime to ensure your home was ready for the rain. We are so happy to hear you found the Forman to be very nice, he is truly an asset to our crew! We are sorry to hear of how your husband was spoken to and will follow up on it. Your roof did have dry rot, but luckily it wasn’t as bad as originally included on the contract. A credit was provided on your final invoice to for the unused time and material, but we will work on making more detailed notes in the future. Please be assured, all the dry rot was completely taken care of to ensure your roof lasts as it is intended to! We appreciate you choosing Noah’s Roofing to replace your roof and apologize for any miscommunications or misunderstandings.

Noah's was very prompt coming out to check the leak in my roof. Then when they came out to fix the leak they were the best. I highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied with our new roof. It looks great! The final cost was close to the estimate which was significantly less than competitor quotes. A big thank you to Kevin, Noah and Bonnie for keeping us updated throughout the process. And, well done roofers, the county inspector said it was perfect!

We were given very short notice by our homeowner's insurance that we needed to replace our roof or have our policy cancelled! Noah's responded quickly to our request for a bid, and when we chose to work with them they prioritized scheduling our full roof replacement. They were professional, quick, friendly and really helped us out in a jam. I appreciated their no-nonsense approach and that they did not try to up-sell other products and services to us!, though we had them add gutter screens at the last minute. Kevin, the site supervisor, was easy to work with and knowledgable, and Bonnie in the office was delightful! We will definitely work with them with future roofing needs!

Roof looks great and everyone involved was very nice and great to work with. But in retrospect, the roof itself was very, very pricey given our location and the materials involved.

If I could give Noah's Roofing six stars, I would. From the initial quote to the final cleanup, their service was absolutely impeccable. We needed a full tear-off and replacement, and their representative, Kevin, was incredibly professional. He provided a clear, detailed, and competitive estimate that broke down all the costs and materials—no hidden fees, no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest advice. The work crew was phenomenal. They arrived exactly on time, worked tirelessly, and finished the entire job in just 2 days (much faster than we expected). Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the roof looks absolutely fantastic. What truly sets them apart is their meticulous cleanup. Our yard, surrounding gardens, and driveway were spotless; they even used magnetic sweeps multiple times to ensure not a single nail was left behind. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they ensured we were happy with every phase of the project. If you are looking for top-tier quality, unmatched professionalism, and the best value for your investment, look no further than Noah's Roofing. They are a trustworthy company that truly stands by their work. Highly, highly recommend!
