  Rooftop energy solutions replaced my entire roof in February 2022. I now have a leak going through the sheeting into my attic and into my kitchen. The owner came to see the damage and he claims that the damage existed prior to his work instead of taking responsibility for poor workmanship while replacing the entire roof and honoring the ten year labor warranty on the contract.

  Im not sure who this is. I have contacted all customer from that time frame and not one of them said they sent a bad review. I'm wondering if you mistaken us for a different company. Please contact us at Rooftops if your still having issues. KC

  Terrible company, management is not the greatest and don’t do the best quality with roofing. You get backstabbed by management. They are liars and two faced.. very bad company don’t recommend them to anyone.

  Might want your guy driving the gold Chevy dually pickup to not blow through stop signs. Clearly my turn to turn left and he couldn’t wait and went through the intersection. Hopefully the rest of your drivers aren’t like this.

  Our family was referred to Rooftops and was considering going through them for our new roof but seems the people aren't very trustworthy. Sad because we saw the potential.

We are wondering why a legitimate recommendation for a Boise roofing company would be sent to someone living in California. Third, we also noticed that you and your family are all connected to Josh Adams with Paradigm Roofing Group. Josh has been asking his friends to leave us false Google reviews for over 6 months now. This review is classified as "conflict of interest" according to the Google+ review guidelines. It is too bad that you have decided to take such actions. Fourth, we would like to inform you that you will be included in our defamation lawsuit that is ongoing with Josh Adams and his company Paradigm Roofing Group for your false online review. A cease and desist letter will be sent by our lawyer, just like they have been sent to Josh Adams with Paradigm Roofing Group If you would like to call us to discuss your false Google review, we would love to resolve this issue.

  Ken at Rooftops did an Amazing and absolute Excellent Job replacing my roof with a new roof that will last for a lifetime. I could not be happier. The roof looks Fantastic and gives my home a wonderful look. It is a roof that can go on a multimillion dollar home....... Absolutely!!!.....Sam

  Recently I had a leak into my bathroom, and I called Ken who was able to take a look at it on the same day. Then he came out a few days later and took care of my roof vents, and everything is back to normal. Highly recommend.

  Ken and his crew were great to work with! Great communication, finished ahead of schedule, roof looks amazing, and cleane-up was thorough! Highly apparent that Ken emphasizes focus on the small details. Ken offered the best of three quotes, and that was his TOPS package with water and ice shield! Ready for Snowmaggedon 2.0!   Ken and his crew were great! Ken walked me through all the details and gave it to me straight without any upsell. Rooftops was very professional, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Roof looks great!

  Ken with Rooftops was clean professional and answered every question i had from start to finish. Devin is his Forman and was very respectful and professional about my property and was respectful to my neighbors to let them know there will be some noise. I recommend Ken & Devin With Rooftops!

  Contacted Rooftops on Friday, met with Ken on Monday, received estimate on Tuesday, they were on the roof and completed the job on Thursday. Excellent job and crew. Ken kept us up to date through the whole process and was very hands on.

  Ken was punctual and was able to install a new membrane roof on our bonus room patio. Their scheduling was a problem working around the rain, but Ken always called and made us aware. The quality and price were very competitive. Excellent job to Ken and his assistant!

  I had an excellent experience with Ken and Rooftops. He was very communicative, thorough, and honest. His crew was professional and got the job done quickly and with great quality. They spent lots of time each day on cleanup, which I greatly appreciated having outdoor pets. Highly recommend.
