  These idiots kept showing up at my door while ignoring multiple no-soliciting signs. I’ve turned away at least 5 different guys from this company and warned them not to come back but they don’t seem to keep track or respect boundaries. They just aggressively try to ask you to file for a new roof with your home insurance company.

  I have been living a two year nightmare since have this company install my roof and gutters. If you are a senior citizen beware!

  Steer clear. Repeated attempts by our insurance company to contact regarding additional photos of damage for review. Unresponsive. Wasted more time trying to get them to contact the insurance company instead of them actually doing their job - and when the additional inspection was finally scheduled, they failed to show up on time.

  This is a terrible company. Please do not use them. I have called them 3 days in a row regarding a leak in my roof, which they replaced. They said they would send someone, but 2 times I waited all day and no one showed up. I wasted 2 days off work and my home continues to be damaged by the leak. I DO NOT recommend this business.

  Scott at MainStreet did a great job working on our behalf with our insurance company to get us a new roof after a significant storm came through. He is excellent at his job, and took on this project at no cost unless he gets us the roof replacement and the insurance company pays him. I could stop there, but once we were awarded the new roof his crew came in and they were awesome, they worked hard, they worked late, they cleaned up every night, they did an excellent job and they cared about their work and our home. I would recommend them to anyone and am pleased to be a new reference for them. I am writing a second time regarding Mainstreet. As you can read they did a great job helping me get and install my new roof. Here I am a year and a half later and we get a really bad storm in the Chicago area with sustained 90mph winds. My roof performed as we had hoped for but we developed a leak on a seam where the caulk gave way from the constant high winds and heavy rain. I called Mainstreet a day after the storm and within 24 hours Sergio, one of the supervisors who was on our job was out, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. That is not just good but remarkable service, add their great product and installation the 5 star scale does not permit me to score them properly. I wish I could give them a 10 on a 5 scale. I absolutely recommend them if you are exploring a new roof if you sustain weather related or other damage to your roof.

  Scott Minton and his crew provided outstanding service from start to finish. The onsite crew was meticulous in protecting our landscaping while removing our old, storm-damaged roof and installing a new one. Scott coordinated with our insurance company, and promptly handled multiple follow-up inquiries to fully realize the reimbursements we were entitled to. Scott and his expert crew were very responsive to any concerns we brought up before, during, and after completion of the project. Although our anxiety was high as we anticipated having to replace our entire roof, Scott gave us a smooth experience, delivered what he promised, and we are thrilled with the results.

  The Mainstreet General contractors is excellent company they install new roofing for my house and now my house looks new I am very happy and also they are very nice and good and friendly people I recommend to hire Mainstreet company because they are number one ☝️

  Main Street was a very professional company. They were very clean and respectful when they were doing the job. Our roof looks great and all of our neighbors are asking who did our roof. Thankfully we will not need to get another roof for a very long time, but if we did, we would call SCOTT

  Main St did an excellent job installing our new roof. Their work ethic was incredible. Each day they ensured roof was waterproofed in case it rained. Great quality and very responsive to questions. Roof looks fantastic

  Main Street was highly professional. A bit slow as this was a very busy season for them. I have a huge roof with lots of copper and slopes, and it looks great. They’ve been quick to follow up in a couple of minor issues. I highly recommend them.
