Sign Waterproofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Sign Waterproofing.

I had my roof replaced by Sign Roofing earlier this year. We recently find some fixing required, under their warranty terms. However, when I try to contact the salesman Edward or the company, the communication means are all found to be disabled. Looks like the company is closed down. Well, another lesson learnt in life here. Just ensure you get multiple, real references before deciding on a contractor for your services.

Yong and his team waterproofed my basement. They completed the job in one day which was impressive. Yong is honest and he gave me a very reasonable price. They did a great job and my basement has not leaked since. I would highly recomend this company. I have seen previous waterproofing jobs done in my area and i am very happy with his work.

Very happy with the service. There were timely, cleaned up well after job was done, and gave a formal certificate of warranty… very professional. Jay Gao is a reliable guy, does not penny pinch, and thinks long-term to build and develop customer relationship. I recommend these guys and will definitely use them again.

My house roof was leaked after heavy rain. My son referred me to Yong as he used his services last year. I was pleased with the services. They were on time and finished on time. They were able to turn this around on quick service. What gives me a piece of mind there is a 12 year warranty!
