  Communication was very poor. Job is not complete. Almost every day a crew was a no-show from day one until they finish two weeks late. I was pressured to sign off on progress and completion before stucco patching, gutters or inspection. My credit card was run for final payment days prior to work completing. I was also promised a 50 year warranty and delivered a 5 year workmanship warranty. Salesman told me based on his assessment going on the roof that I would need 5 tiles and then after paying the desposit was told I needed 180!

  the job was done good, but they will offer me a 1K discount just to sign the contract but at the end the job they denied me the discount because they use extra materials that they never clarify

  Once you hire them, they spam your phone several times a day for years to get more work.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Sierra Roof and overall had a really great experience. The whole process was much easier than I expected. Everyone was friendly, they kept us updated on what was going on, and the crew worked hard and cleaned up everything when they were done. Our new roof looks great and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Sierra Roof to anyone looking to get their roof done.

  The best parts of working with this company for the first time were connecting with Nathan, Andres, Aldo, and Diego and feeling confident that our roof turned out entirely better than its original state. Throughout our project, Nathan willingly answered our technical and general questions, listened to our needs and concerns, and problem-solved as issues came up. He is communicative, consistent, and considerate and we are fortunate to have worked with him. Although our interactions with Andres were limited due to his packed schedule, he made a good impression by being polite and assuring us that his team would deliver quality work. Aldo and Diego really stand out to us because they are very skilled in their craft and absolutely hard working. We are completely satisfied with their solid craftsmanship. However, despite things going smoothly with these people, there were definite challenges along the way that were not properly addressed, one of which is a major red flag. We reached out to the owner on LinkedIn on June 17th to connect with him, but we haven't gotten a response as of posting this review, which doesn't sit well with us.

  The company came in at the best price and it included the permit too. This topped it off along with a 10yr labor warranty and 30yr for the shingles. I am very pleased and would definately recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof!
