Thank you for your feedback. It took us some time to identify who you were, as you were not a customer of Sierra Hills Roofing, but rather a resident of the apartment community where we were contracted to perform a roof replacement. Our customer was the property ownership and management team, and they were very pleased with the quality of our workmanship, professionalism, and the condition in which the property was maintained throughout the project. We take great pride in keeping our jobsites organized and completing a thorough cleanup at the end of each workday, particularly on occupied properties where resident safety is a top priority. As with any major construction project, there are temporary inconveniences. Certain parking areas were periodically designated for materials and equipment so the project could be completed safely and efficiently. We understand that this may have been frustrating, but these measures were necessary and coordinated with property management. We respect everyone's right to share their opinions, but we also believe reviews on this platform should accurately reflect the experience of those who have directly engaged our services. We remain proud of the work we completed at this property and appreciate the positive feedback we received from our client and dozens of other residents.

Great honest and friendly service with our complicated roof project. Good family-owned business locally which we love to support. We were referred and we are referring to others.

Will and Lauren are easy to work with... communication is clear and timely. Will taught me a couple of things without being condescending, and answered all my questions clearly. The crew showed up on time, worked solid days and left the place cleaner than they found it. Price was quite reasonable too. Would recommend them!

Will, Lauren and the entire crew at Sierra Hills Roofing were a pleasure to work with. I received the inspection and estimate the same day I called, with the roof repairs finished the next day before the storm hit. They return calls/texts right away and are so efficient with the entire process. I told them they should give lessons on how to run a business. Besides being professional and knowing everything there is to know about roofing, they are just genuinely nice people. They treat customers like friends. If you are beginning to search for a roofer, I'll save you a whole lot of time. Just contact Sierra Hills Roofing. You will be glad you did.

Sierra Hills did a great job on our roof. They have the best selection of roof samples that we could borrow to see how the roofing selection might look. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up daily beautifully, that was great! Change from shake to totally different material turned out to be a good choice, as to keeping our house as warm and as cool as our shakes! ITVwas a great happy surprise. We were very happy with this project in every way. Pam & Tom MENCONI
