  My gutters, 10 years old, failed and fell off the side of my house which, I later learned, was the result of a faulty install. Instead of repairing, I went with replacing to best protect my house. After getting bids, I chose Roof Geeks. Now, I am not an expert in gutters and roofs. I had trusted the company to do the job right. Thankfully I have a licensed contractor in the family who took one look at the job Roof Geeks did and spotted deficiencies. Had I not had that, the job that Roof Geeks performed would have left the gutters vulnerable to damage and malfunction. Very disappointing. They did come out and fix the deficiencies immediately, which is why they are getting two stars instead of one. But a $4k job should have been done right by a company which claims to be experts in the field.

  These guys are awesome! They're a partner company with Taylor Made Construction, which I had a the pleasure of working with after a car crashed into one of my properties. As with Taylor Made, they do solid work. They do quickly, at a fair price, and they are very, very communicative. That really is what sets them apart. I have dealt with soooo many companies and professionals who treat you like an afterthought, or even an annoyance. Roof Geeks doesn't do they. They answer your questions promptly and walk you through everything. The customer service is beyond reproach, and I could not reccomend them more.

  My experience with Roof Geeks was absolutely top-notch from start to finish! I initially called because I noticed two broken concrete roof tiles that needed to be repaired before the rain season. Brad called me and asked if I was available for him to come out earlier than scheduled, and I was fortunate enough to say yes. When Brad arrived, he didn’t just repair the two tiles I had called about—he took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and gutters to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He found four additional broken tiles in critical areas that could have caused much bigger problems down the road. Since he had some availability in his schedule, he generously offered to take care of everything that same day. I was honestly blown away! Brad’s professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and workmanship were exceptional. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and was provided with before-and-after photos, along with a detailed explanation of the work that was completed. That level of transparency and customer service really stood out to me. Before calling RG, I had contacted several other roofing companies, and I was turned away because my repair job was considered “too small.” That experience made me appreciate RG even more. Roof maintenance is so important because taking care of small issues early can prevent much larger and more expensive problems later. Having documentation and proof that your roof is properly maintained by a licensed and insured company can also be incredibly valuable for home warranties and insurance purposes. I’m so grateful to have found a company that genuinely cares about doing the right thing for its customers rather than only being interested in full roof replacements.   Everything with Roof Geeks was a 5 star experience. I contacted them to do some roof repairs. Brad came out and surveyed the roof which included flying a drone over the home to take pictures and highlight what areas needed to be worked on. Jen, Rachel, and Stephanie in the office helped manage the project and kept me updated on timelines as materials were gathered and prepared. The team that came out to do the repairs were very kind and worked quickly. Afterwards they cleaned up all of the dirt and debris and my front, side, and backyards were in better shape than before they started work. If you need roof repairs, look no further. This is a great company and you will be in great hands. I will be sure to contact Roof Geeks in the future when needed!

  I had a smaller job, to install some Vulcan vents. Chris came out and calculated the number of vents required for proper air flow and e-mailed a quote. Project coordinator Erica kept me up to date on install dates and payment. The install team Jose and Jonathan were prompt and efficient. Very pleased with the whole team and company.

  Excellent company! I had to get a roof company out to my place during one of the spring storms we had. Our roof decor leak and we just needed it covered for the evening to get through the storm. Most companies I had called were already closed. Roof geeks was closed as well but I left a message and less than 20 min later they called me back and came out that night in the rain and covered the hole. Not only did they come out after hours and returned my call he offered to do an inspect and quote right there. I agreed since I knew it had to be done. They came back out and got the hole patched up that week! Excellent customer service and very nice staff!

  Roof geeks installed gutters on my home. I had a difficult roof to install gutters on and Roof Geeks was the only company in the area that followed through and installed my gutters. Dan and Ivan did a fantastic job. I wish I had done it earlier but other companies kept dropping the ball. Thank you Roof Geeks you are amazing.

  Roof Geeks went above and beyond with our full roof replacement project. They offered a price that was unbeatable, used the highest quality materials available, and had an incredibly professional courteous team get the job done in only a matter of days.   We had good results with Roof Geeks. They installed new gutters on our house and also did a small repair on the roof. The workers they sent were knowledgable, worked efficiently and communicated with us. Brad the estimator stayed in touch and always returned our calls. The price was competitive.

  No one likes having to face a complete roof tear down and replacement, but it's what we had to do recently. Roof Geeks was highly recommended, so we contacted them. Every step of the re-roofing process was handled with expertise and professionalism, from a reasonable quote to the finished roof. The office and sales staff, and installation crew were pleasant, easy to work with, and everyone went well beyond what a homeowner would expect to have a completed roof that looks great and is built to last.
