First, the installers arrived as scheduled and quickly replaced my old roof doing a thorough clean up afterward. I had an old skylight that leaked and I wanted it replaced with a Velux Solar Tube. Part way through the roof install I get a …

Dan, I apologize for the mistake made with the skylight. The roof mount part of skylight was the part that was scratched. We are working to remedy this situation as stated in the phone call earlier today, prior to this review. Any damaged underlayment and shingles will be replaced during the installation of the correct skylight. I left a message today with information on the delivery of the skylight and when we will be able to correct this. Please feel free to contact the office with any further questions or concerns. I'm about to have a new roof installed thanks to Shiloh Roofing's shoddy workmanship. What good are 30 year shingles if the workmanship is pathetic. I didn't even make it 15 years, in fact, I had water pouring straight down behind the gutters in three places during the first rain after it was installed. Too many issues to mention...just stay away.

ARebel NinjaBoy - We have no idea who you are and would appreciate a call to our office 717-764-1269 to discuss this matter. There are many reasons we have been in business since 1957, and one of them is because we care about the installations we perform. We look forward to hearing from you. Today is Thursday May 16, 2019 and ARebel NinjaBoy has not responded to request to contact us directly so his accusations can be discussed.

When we moved into our almost 100 year old home, we knew our roof was going to need to be replaced sooner or later. We were leaning towards Shiloh even before getting other quotes because of personal experiences from family and friends that …

Shiloh Roofing did a great job. Their team came out and had the roof prepped and ready to put shingles on in an hour and a half. The shingles went on quickly and look great. I would recommend Shiloh to anyone and I will use them again if I have another job. The owner, Mike, came out and did a an estimate very soon after I contacted him. The crew spent a lot of time sweeping for nails with magnets and cleaning up all debris. I felt that the 8 man crew were professional, courteous and very hard workers. I gave them each a $20 tip to show my appreciation. Thanks again Shiloh. Job well done!!!

Contractors are always hit or miss but not Shiloh Roofing, they didn't disappoint. Very quick, efficient and professional. When I got home from work if I didn't look up to see my new roof I would have never known they were there. They left my property as they found it and no remnants on the ground.

We had a roof leak, which is a very time sensitive issue. Shiloh came out and was able to identify and repair the leak very quickly. Workers were very professional and were happy to show me the damage they found, explain how they were going to fix it, and they performed the repair in just a few hours. Highly recommend!
