So one of their sales rep approached me one day and provided me his card. Weeks later I discovered a leak on my roof. Contacted their sales rep, he supposedly inspected it. Three weeks later still no email with an estimate or what was determined is needed to be done with my roof. I contacted the company and one of their owners stated he would get with the sales rep and be in contact. Still no email or phone call.

My experience with Para Tex , Justin Hadfield was exceptional. Justin was very professional and very specific of what will be done to my roof, rain gutters and windows after the hailstorm. He is very knowledgeable. After the work was done, he made sure I was happy with the work, and made sure the job was completed well. I would recommend Para Tex to anyone. Thank you Justin.
