  I have never utilized their services, but unfortunately had a run in with their work truck yesterday (8/13). I was driving home from work in bumper to bumper traffic on 394E. Their work truck merged onto the freeway in front of my car off Penn Ave. In the backseat were two teenage females (likely 13-15 years old), who decided it was a good idea to have laser pointers and shine them in the eyes of other vehicles. Unfortunately my eye got hit with their laser. They laughed when they saw that and then continued to point it at my vehicle to hit my face, while one filmed it on their phone. There was no way to move my car due to the heavy traffic. Thankfully, they got off at the following exit on Dunwoody. I’m unfortunately still dealing with a headache and left eye blur as a result of this incident. The fact that the employee driver thought it was ok to allow them to do that (there is no way they didn’t know what was happening) really speaks volumes about their employees and business. Really poor judge of character. If I continue to have health issues and must seek the doctor, there is no doubt I’ll be calling them for payment of the bill.

  A driver in a Sheridan Sheet Metal truck ran my car off of the road on Highway 81 near Rogers MN. I could have been seriously injured due to the carelessness of this employee, who flipped me off afterwards. I reccommend doing business elsewhere if you care about professional and polite work.

  Highly recommended! Sheridan custom built copper front entry roof and gutters for me. Martin, my main contact, helped me understand the scope of the project, answered questions and discussed options with me. Roofers and gutters crew were as outstanding. They had decades of experience, were friendly and knowledgeable. I think Steve, gutter crew lead, had over forty years of experience. They helped me make informed decisions and demonstrated commitment to doing high quality work. I am very happy with the final result and would hire them again.

  I hired Sheridan to install some custom box gutters on a residential application. Andrew in the office was a pleasure to work with. When the crew arrived on the job site they were knowledgeable, respectful of the property, and did excellent work. My only advice to new clients is to consider this is a smaller outfit, doing A+ custom work, so give your project timeline enough runway, as they are quite busy.

  5 stars, hands down. Needed six downspouts in a pinch during a record rainfall season. Called Sheridan and Andrew was able to get this project completed at a fair price and also suggested a few simple modifications that improved the overall gutter system. The metal product is superior and installed by a very experienced and conscientious team led by Ian. I appreciate the work!
