  Do Not allow them to take the money you receive from the insurance unless they put you on the schedule for your repair. They took my Money and it took them almost a year to repair my Roof and a deck.

Your project was not delayed for a year—our records show the work was completed in a timely manner after we received the required payments. We never “took” your insurance funds without following through. Like many contractors, we collect payments in accordance with the contract and completed work. We understand that disputes can be frustrating, but your review leaves out critical context: we had to take legal action due to your failure to pay the balance owed. We stand behind the quality and timeliness of our work and always aim to treat every customer fairly.   22nd Century was so helpful and great to work with! We had a hail claim that was actually initiated by a different company but not very well done, and 22nd Century (who our neighbor had referred us to) took over for us and straightened everything out. They were extremely communicative and always available for questions or concerns. Early in the process, they even got on a Friday evening call with our insurance adjuster to clear up the misunderstandings that resulted from the way the other company had initially handled our claim. In the end, our claim went from being less than 1/3 covered to fully covered, thanks to 22nd Century. I would definitely recommend 22nd Century!

  I needed to get my detached garage's roof repaired and re-shingled and reached out to a couple companies... I inquired to 22nd Century Roofing for a quote, and decided to go with them.   I hired 22nd Century Roofing to replace the old, rotting, wood siding on my garage. I'm very impressed by the integrity and workmanship of this company. In my almost-twenty years of homeownership, I've had some truly abysmal experiences when hiring contractors. My experience with 22nd Century Roofing exceeded my expectations. I worked with Adam and he was extremely patient with my delays in committing to the project. He was never pushy and never tried to upsell me. When prices went up (I think because of the tariffs), he worked with me to help me decide what was actually needed and what we could drop to make the price more affordable. Once work started, it went quickly and efficiently. There was never a mess left behind at the end of the day, and I can't even begin to describe what that means to me. They respected me and they respected my property; and the end result is BEAUTIFUL! My garage feels solid and looks brand-new. Would I recommend them to friends and family? Unreservedly. Would I hire them again? In a heartbeat.

  There was a leak in my roof and I had to get my 3 lead pipe jacks replaced with pvc pipe jacks and a new skylight replacement. Very professional work throughout the entire process. It was difficult as my skylight model was discontinued back in 2009 but Adam and his team worked diligently on finding a skylight replacement that worked within the budget that was already proposed. I will keep them in mind for future roofing projects and will recommend them to my family and friends!
