  They came out twice, two different people never received an estimate. They took a shingle off the roof and a deposit. Kept saying they were sending me an email to get things going. Never received one so I finally asked for the check and for them to put the shingle back on. Very pushy for the customer to write them a check. Everyone else I know that had their roofs looked at received an estimate. So I would not recommend NMC or Apple roofing

We were informed by your Project Manager, that your insurance deductible check was being returned to you per your request and that the Project Manager who had taken the shingle to send out to a company for shingle match options as a part of the standard insurance process, would be replacing that for you this week.   Nice people, poor workmanship. Replaced roofing, siding, gutters on 64 townhomes. Most gutters leaked, we are now paying another contractor to fix. Call them, don't expect a call back. Nick Mortenson thus NMC, don't expect a call back from him. After a great sales pitch he appears non-existant. Sad, very bad 👎. …

  They cancelled my warranty after 2 years after I got leak in my kitchen. They claimed I didn't pay them after 2 years I never was aware of this nor did I get billed until I tried to utilize my 15 yr warranty so they cancelled my warranty …

The city passed the inspection in full, finding the install to meet all required codes and guidelines, upon completion of your project in the Summer of 2017. Any issues you are having now, are not the responsibility of NMC Exteriors. Additionally, due to elected non-payment by you, your warranty contract was null and void. NMC Exteriors takes pride in operating within the highest level of integrity and workmanship with our clients.   Honestly, we were surprised about our experience of working with this company. On the front end, administratively, they seem like a great company and have good service. Our project manager, Jake, has been great to work with. They made working with our homeowner's insurance easy, as well. The actual work that was done, however, was surprisingly poorly executed. The crew that came screwed up the vent for our bathroom fan, so they had to come back and fix that. Then a few weeks later, we discovered major gaps in the areas where the roof came together and where the roof joined the house and gutters. We discovered these because we had squirrels living inside the walls under the new roof (for the first time ever since living here for ten years). Because the roofers did such a bad job finishing off the job, we had to hire a wildlife control company to close up all the openings around the edge of the roof, get the squirrels out, and then close up the remaining openings. NMC agreed to pay for most of this because they acknowledged that the problems were their fault, so at least that was good. All told, we wish we had gone with a different company for our roof repair. It's been quite a headache ever since the work was actually "completed". Finally, their office asks people to leave 5-star reviews in exchange for gift cards, which I find really unethical. Therefore, it puts into question all these 5-star reviews you see on their page.

  Great to work with. Never pushy. They are respectful. The roofers worked hard all day, until the job was finished, and their cleanup was exceptional. I highly recommend them!

  I’ve worked with Robert a couple of times now and he is always very responsive. He came up with a solution to solve an issue I was having with some window trim and the price was fair. The work was done within a week of contacting Robert which was greatly appreciated. Rudy was the one who completed the work and he was great to work with as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Apple for any of your home improvement needs. Thanks again!

  I just had my siding and gutters replace in my house by Apple Roofing doe to hail damaged. I worked with Jose Ortega he was constantly communication with me and did a great job letting me know step by step everything they were doing and going to do. Thanks also to Robert Baldwin for all his help as well. The Job apple Roofing did at my house was outstanding and impeccable. I love how my house looks now.   Apple Roofing was very proactive and good to work with, led by Brian. The urgency with everything in light of the hail damage we received in the later summer was much appreciated, knowing that once winter conditions hit that this project would have been on hold until spring at best. They were also very helpful in stressing the urgency to our insurance company.
