  If there was a way to leave a negative star I would… I’ve never felt so ripped off and lied to by someone in my entire life. I paid him and he said the work would start right away! 4 weeks later he started and then stopped after a third of it was done (badly I may add) when contacted (tried several times with no answer) finally on the 9th call, he had several excuses which changed when he would speak to me or my fiance. After 2 months of this go around, we had to hire someone else to finish and correct shadybrooks work. Worst experience ever!

  After an initial quick response, took weeks for the work to be completed. Even then, the roof still leaked. They always had an excuse as to why they could did not come back to inspect the completed work. Had to hire a second roofing company to repair the sub-par work. I would not use them.

  Howard was terribly easy to work with. Examining his work, I could not even tell where my siding was repaired. And I knew where to look. Highly recommended without any concern.

  Howard built custom closets for us and did a great job. He’s a trustworthy, honest guy and stands by his work. We really appreciate him and the closets are designed well and very functional. He completed the job in our timeframe and was on budget. Thanks again Howard!

  Howard is great to work with. He listens to your needs, offers solutions, gave me updates and explanations all along the process. He made sure we stayed on track and on the same page throughout. I trust him, could not recommend him more highly!
