  My wife has gotten 3 calls over the last few days from a random number. The third phone call was the first time she picked up and the guy on the other end said he was Ameripro. He started off nice and asked how old our roof was. We told him it was still new and that it was replaced 3.5 years ago and that we were not interested. He did a full 180 and started saying its not a new roof and they need to come out and look it and would not let my wife get a word in after that. She hung up on him and not even a minute later we got a call back from the same number but we ignored and they Called back again. So happy a company is ok with hiring someone that is rude and at this point is harassing customers under your business name. Great look for you all.

  I don't own a home to put a roof on but they will not stop calling me about deals and offers. I have blocked their number but they just leave voicemails almost daily.

  Had an encounter with a lady driving one of their work trucks. She had great difficulty parking and then she yelled something inappropriate as we both got out of the car. If this is any indication of their professionalism I’d be careful using them.

  Salesman Chris was terrible at his job not keeping promises. He kept telling us ,we would not have a payment and gutters would be another color! He told my husband and me through texting and in person that we would not have to pay anything except maybe the deductible and nothing else. We paid almost 2500 later!!!! Sales coordinator Kathy stated she would help with what to say to insurance adjuster, and never once let me know what to say to resolve issues !! - Like getting insurance company to pay for the decking. I was always the middle person in between calling the insurance company and contacting Ameripro and it was stressing me out between phone calls, emails and texting to try to resolve the issue. And then to find out we owed 1500 over the deductible was not right Because we would not had to pay if they handled it with the insurance company And kept their promises. Then the Insurance company did not get the checks out till two months later which is not my fault. And in two weeks after that, Kathy is calling saying I better pay or get payment plan or there will be a lien on my house. She was just threatening and rude the way she went about this. So my husband took over dealing with it and we put it on a credit card so we never have to deal with the company ,get another email ,or phone call from them ever again!!! I would never recommend them to anyone !!!!- But would say run the other way!

  Chris Keller was my sales rep. Would not recommend! Made a promises and guarantees that werent kept! End up paying $2700 more than he said i would!

  Company was told what to do by the insurance company and is threating a vets home. Reason they did more than what they were told and are trying to say it was due to code, don’t trust them or give them your worst mistake made and will looking in having a lawsuit towards them soon, also I don’t know much but working on my roof till 1030pm when my spouse, kids and I are trying to sleep rude stating the job was done a day earlier than it was and then show documents with my supposed signature not realizing that people can obviously tell their own writing just a bunch of shady individuals

  I had a seamless experience with my roof! From the moment David Gage came found hail damage, to the time the insurance accepted my claim, to the actual roof install, I was amazed by how easy it was. David was a great communicator, and when I saw some negative reviews and had reservations, he provided me five customers in my area to call and ask questions to. Then it was all smooth sailing from there. The crew was fast and very nice, and I had at least five neighbors compliment the roof and ask who did it. A few neighbors were home when it was installed (I left due to the noise level), and said they didn't hear a thing. Then they commented on how impressed they were that the team cleaned up everything so well. You get assigned a quality control person who goes over everything with you and answers all your questions, and then you're done. I'm so happy with my roof and very grateful I had David to guide me through it all. He even worked with me patiently to find the right colors for the shingles and drip edge and took photos and sent to me when I was out of town, then came with all the samples when I still couldn't decide. I'm grateful I chose Ameripro.

  Great service! Responsive and professional. The roof, gutters and downspouts they replaced look amazing. Daniel Wolfe worked closely with us, helping us maneuver our claim through the insurance process. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does.
