  "storm chasing roofers". Door to door knocking trying to file as many claims as possible. False claiming the damage is large and disappear the moment the insurance company disagrees. Never tells you the claim would impact your insurance rate in the future.

  We have requested to stop being contacted by these salesman countless times over the last year. Never are they adhering our request, it is borderline harassment at this point. Stop the door to door sales!!! In addition, sitting outside people's homes in your vehicle of upwards of an hour or more is creepy. I don't need to see you sitting in your car right outside my front window for that long. If you are conducting business, I'd suggest going to a public parking lot, as it appears you are stalking us or waiting for us to leave the house.

  Did not call until 2 hours after stated time. Rescheduled to next day. Had the pre-assessment, Arturo was not able to tell us anything; couldn't even get on the roof to look things over. Stated we would hear from someone soon regarding next step. Two weeks later, nothing. So unimpressed with the whole ordeal.

  I used Blue Ladder Roofing previously for a project with no issues or complaints. Unfortunately, I needed their help again for another project and I have been extremely frustrated by the lack of communication from owner Austin Chastain. It has been 6 weeks since they were paid for the job and no one will confirm a project start date with me. The owner refuses to respond to voicemails or text messages which is extremely unprofessional. I am not sure what has happened with this company since I used them previously this year, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the delays in at least informing me of when they can begin our project, which is obviously becoming more urgent as winter approaches.

  This company should teach their salesman how to READ and what NO SOLICITING mean? Definition for NO SOLICITING: A Request for Privacy: The primary purpose of a "No Soliciting" sign is to notify people that they are not welcome on private property for the purpose of selling, promoting, or canvassing. Distinguishing Types of Visitors: It differentiates between unwanted sales pitches or door-to-door campaigning and other forms of visits. Common Solicitors: This includes door-to-door salespeople selling products or services, people collecting money or donations, and even some charitable or religious groups.

  Didn’t do any work. but I question their attention to detail since their door to door sales people didn’t see the no soliciting signs posted around our neighborhood.

  They have done the roof on my sister's house, and did an amazing job. They did the roof almost a year ago, sadly they were supposed to fix the gutters on her home, and they are playing the ,oh I thought they were already done game. Knowing dang well they haven't done them. Everytime we contact them they say , they are working on it. And then never return the call. Sadly they are dropping the ball 😕

  Door-to-door solicitor from this company can’t read an extremely conspicuous “no soliciting” sign - if they can’t follow basic direction I wouldn’t want them working on my house.

  Had a 25yr old roof that needed to replace due to age and some storm damage over the years. JR at Blue Ladder in Fishers took care of everything. They worked with my Insurance (Erie) and the process was pretty easy. I had several questions prior to and during the install. JR was responsive and addressed my concerns. The quoted cost was very fair. I expected to pay more out of pocket but with Insurance (not 100%) it was well below my budget for the project. Note: Gutters have not yet been replaced in the photos.

  Getting insurance to play fair can be a huge headache, but Blue Ladder Roofing handled it brilliantly.
