  Had a roof replaced it leaked huge water spots they would not replace No referral pay as promised

  They tried to do a major roof replacement in one day, resulting in missed contract scope and poor quality. Gave up trying to get them to fix things because I got tired of BS, runaround and bad workmanship. So now I have a brand new roof and it’s the worst looking one on my street. Wish I had spent more to hire a better company, it would have been cheaper in the long run.

  they came out on a Thursday .they looked at what I wanted done, said they would give me a quote that following week , waited all week with no call , so I called them the following week and they said they will talk to the roofer they sent out and get back to me, ONCE again NO call wasted my time as I could of called somebody else, WOW bad way to do business don't you think

  Everything started off well, but between some personnel issues and growing pains from being a new business, things ended with us going with a different company. We really wanted to make it work because the quality of the product they are offering is top notch and the people working there are doing their best, but after 3.5 months with no roof, it was time to move on.

  Tyler Spicer was very kind and looked everything over very carefully. Our roof was in pretty good shape, and he didn’t try to push us into any kind of repairs we didn’t need.

  The person that came out to quote the job was very professional and talked me through the process along with showing me the drone footage of the damage as he recorded it. The repair was done in a very timely manner and looks great.

  I cannot say enough good things about Red Bird Roofing! Not only was the siding done beautifully, but everyone from sales to the team were courteous and professional. Dave Colby went above and beyond to help me with an issue on a Friday night. One of the workers also came out and they fixed the problem. Quality work and then service above and beyond! I highly recommend!!!

  Tyler Spicer was great! He came out to assess insulation and attic ventilation because we have been struggling to maintain the set temperature in our home on the recent hot days.   Guy showed up to give me a quote on insulating the attic. After further review he brought it to my attention that I did not have enough ventilation in my attic. He got up on my roof walked around. Got in the attic tried to spot the soffit vents. His professional opinion was that there is not enough ventilation in my attic therefore it's cooking my shingles. So at this time I'm doing more research on what he was telling me to try to figure out what I actually want to do. I appreciate him coming out and cluing me in on this. Now it's up to me to decide what my next step is. By the way my roof I had replaced in 2019 and the roofer said there were plenty of vents in the roof that were already there he did not want to add any nor did he install a ridge vent.
