Geovani and his team were spot on for all aspects of the job which was a full roof replacement. It was seamless process from selecting the right shingles to completing installation and cleanup all in one day. Great customer service and workmanship. The roof looks awesome!

We used Serranos Contracting to remove our old gutters and install larger black, seamless gutters, downspouts and gutter caps on our home. Our previous gutters simply could not handle the volume of water due to the pitch of the roof, and Serranos absolutely took care of us and solved the problem! From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, responsive and great to work with! They answered all of my questions, paid attention to detail and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. After several rains, the new gutter systems proves to work extremely well, and the black color adds such a beautiful contrast to the home. We are so happy with how everything turned out and would 100% recommend Serranos Contracting!

Serrano's contracting is top notch in my book. I agonized about my roof for months; and met with several different roofing contractors, (all professional and respectful), but still no go. After meeting with Giovanni I felt completely at ease. My roof was completed quickly but with care; clean up was done meticulously and everything without a hitch. Thank you for a job well done. Trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend.

We first noticed Serrano’s Contracting when they were doing our neighbor’s roof — it looked absolutely beautiful, so we kept their card for when we were ready. A couple months later, I noticed a dip in our roof and called Giovanni. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond. What really impressed us was how easy he made the whole process. I was hesitant to deal with the insurance company, but Giovanni handled everything — he started the claim, met the insurance adjuster at our house (while we were out of town!), walked them through the damage, and even caught an item they had left off the estimate. He truly fought to make sure nothing was overlooked. Once the claim was approved, his team worked fast. They replaced the roof on both our house and detached garage in just two days. They kept us updated the whole way, showed us what plywood needed replacing, and left everything looking clean and beautiful. What started as a stressful situation turned into an incredibly smooth experience thanks to Giovanni and his crew. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a contractor who is professional, efficient, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Serrano’s Contracting

Serranos Contracting was the absolute best experience I've ever had dealing with any contractor! Complete professional service from the first phone call to the completion of the service. Serranos solved a 5 year problem that no other contractor could figure out. They installed the correct ventilation on our house which has made a huge improvement on our air quality and completely stopped all the problems we were having with our home. Serranos was a complete joy to deal with from their positive attitude, their huge amount of knowledge, their respect for your time, their professional workmanship, the speed they get the job done, the caring for your surrounding property, doing the job for the terrific price they gave, doing it fast and finished on time as promised. Serranos is definitely the type of contractor this area desperately needs. I highly recommend them. Best company ever and a pleasure to deal with! They appreciate their customers and it shows.

When it came time for a quote, he took the time to truly explain what is needed and provided SO much knowledge. I felt confident the job would be done correctly. It's a roof for our home, so it's important it's done correctly. Prices were more than reasonable. They day of the job, the crew moved with speed and precision. My roof looks great and there was no mess left behind. Thank you Serranos Contracting!

Serrano Contracting replaced my roof in November 2022, I chose a designer pattern. I am so happy that I did. My roof stands out in the neighborhood and gets lots of compliments. But let me tell you about the Serranos Team. They are a well oil machine. They are teamwork personified! However, and more importantly, they did an amazing job. They took away all the evidence, to the point of getting all the nails and debris from around my house. They have a handheld contraption that has a magnet that when rollover the yard, the any nails or tacks are picked up. I used myself, so see how effective it was. Let me say this, I haven't found any nails or tacks when mowing my grass. That machine is amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the teamwork, the thoroughness and professionalism that the Team exhibited. If you are in the market looking for or having to replace your roof, please contact Serranos Contracting. You will not be disappointed...I am so glad that I did, and if you do as well, you will not be disappointed. One of my neighbors liked my roof so much that they had Serranos Contracting replace their roof as well. I highly recommend that you contact Serranos Contracting when you need your roof replaced. You will happy that you did.

Simply stated, Serranos Contracting not only did an excellent job on our roof, but their professionalism from the beginning to the end of the job was a pleasant experience. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. The best way to compare them is like a NASCAR pit crew. They each knew their job, and you could tell they were more than just roofers; they were master craftsmen. They worked with us for the best price and showed extreme respect for our property. When the job was completed, they reviewed what was achieved, reviewed any problems they found, and resolved them. I would recommend them highly. One of the few contractors we contacted that came out and within 4 days, had material on site and the next day they were working. They wasted no time while here. Again, if you want someone to give you a great price and the peace of mind that it is done right, they are the ones to call.
