  Pro: The completed project looks very nice Cons: Delay, delay, delay for everything, from getting on the schedule to completing the work They called the wrong person about one of said delays, forcing me to step out of a work meeting and square up with the contractor at my house who was confused as to why he got a call about not showing up Removed our gutters and left them off for almost a week, during which time we had an absolute downpour. At least the person I was speaking to on the phone hung up on me after she told me the contractor was finally coming tomorrow, even though I had been promised he would be there that day Broke our fence Charged us more than the quote While we tried figuring out the difference, I explained to the person calling me for payment that there was a discrepancy between our quote and final bill, but she hadn't heard any of this from our contractor. In fact, she continued calling me after I had explained to her that we were trying to figure out the difference and would pay as soon as it was figured out This was last summer, so I hope they have improved. The only thing they were quick about was calling me after I gave them a 1-star review

  I would never recommend them for any of my family or friends they are very unprofessional and un responsible for their workmanship, they don’t take accountability for their mistakes super unhappy very disappointed.

  Poor workmanship quality. No eye for detail. Never came back to repair defects in workmanship. Even though they said they would. They put new shingles over loose roof boards. They cannot identify when a board is loose. And trim not re installed.

  We just had our cabin roof and chimney replace. They did an incredible job and the pricing was competitive. The crew was very professional and courteous. From start to finish it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Sela to all my friends and family.

  We recently had a new roof and new gutters (with leaf guard) installed on our home. Sela wasn't the cheapest provider we received quotes from, but ultimately, I believe they were the best provider for these services. Reason I say that is they make it so seamless and easy for us. We're busy and don't have time to do it ourselves. I've used Sela in the past. I know I can trust Sela to do the job right the first time. And they performed well on this effort as consistent as in the past. Dan (sales) to the project manager (Jess & Tina), through the install process leads right down to the fellas doing the work...They were so kind, knowledgeable, effective and efficient at their work. All my questions were answered quickly and were always on point with reality. The house looks GREAT!

  Chimney rebuild and tearing off the old roof and installing the new roof was all done in 48 hours. The clean-up was excellent. Respectful crews.

  I hired Sela roofing to replace cedar shakes on my house after considerable research on potential options. I could not be more satisfied with Sela's quality and professionalism. Matt Stever was the point person who helped me think through options, select materials, manage subs and ensure that I had a good price. I was especially impressed with Matt's professionalism and integrity. I have nothing but the highest regard for Sela Roofing.

  Their sales support team was terrific and the roofing crew was extraordinary. They were well organized, personable and completed our job in one day. I was particularly pleased with the care they took in laying down tarps around the entire project area and their clean-up before they left. Sela is a quality organization and they are price competitive. Cudos to Jim Jenkins and the entire Sela team.
