I'm not a customer but why would i give my business to any company who i've told at least 10 times over text to leave me alone and ignore my "No Soliciting" sign and still knock on my door. Your door knockers need to take a reading test because i'm sick of you people ignoring my clearly placed sign and disturbing me and my pets.

This company has sent multiple messages asking if I want a free estimate despite never giving them my contact info. When I do need a new roof, I will be sure to use another company.

Hello Kristine, this is not us. We have called the Attorney General, the Secretary of State we have had many complaints about this, Your text message says Mn Roofing it does not say Mn roofing company we do not solicit. This is another company using Mn Roofing as a text message to get into the homeowner’s door. Hello KB, please do your due diligence before you leave a bad review in a small businesses Google page, we do not solicit call in any way shape or form or text message. We have been getting a lot of calls and apparently somebody is using our name. I have contacted the Attorney General on the Secretary of State and unfortunately there’s not much on our end we can do.

In October 2025, I hired Minnesota Roofing Company to repair a small roof leak we were experiencing that summer during heavy windy rain storms. During the repair, we also requested removal of an unused chimney. The company additionally informed us that our home had mixed ventilation, which we have had since 2009, and advised that this needed correction to improve overall ventilation. Their correction to our ventilation was to remove our existing ridge vent and add plywood to cover an existing box vent, leaving only two working box vents. The company missed the original scheduled installation, date, and debris from the project was left on our lawn for three days until I contacted them to request removal. No permit was pulled for the work. Following the project, our attic, began accumulating, significant moisture, ice, and mold. When I asked them to correct this in early December they instructed me to install baffling as their work would be costly to bring things ‘up to code.’ The city has since inspected the work and informed us that a permit should’ve been obtained, that the chimney removal lacks required structural support, and that the chimney chase was not properly insulated or capped. According to the city, these deficiencies directly contributed to the moisture and mold issues. The city also noted that ventilation removed during the project needs to be restored to meet Minnesota State building code R806. Despite bringing these concerns to Minnesota roofing company, neither the CEO nor the project manager has addressed or taken responsibility for the issues we have not experienced in the 17 years we have been in this house until this company “repaired” our roof. We are now left with extensive damage and require corrective repairs.

Hello Jessica, Im very sorry that you feel that way and we wanted to looking into the situation a little more on what was going on , As per the city we did not need a permit for the chimney removal, we have an email to send to you if you would like showing that we also noticed that your roofing was done by another company without a permit being pulled, We simply just added roof vents, as per our discussion your roof was not leaking in the summer and just in the winter leaving ventilation problems, As per the building code it does state that you need proper cross ventilation. In MN even with the best ventilation system & roofing system it is still the homeowners responsibility to remove snow form the roof so Ice Dams do not occur. Ice Dams can create moisture problems as well. Again I hope this helps you and Im sorry you have these problems but we have explained all this to you, I also suggested to go back to the roofing company who put it on original roof on but there is no record of them.

Im sorry you had a bad experience Haley, however you have had an outstanding balance ever since the project was completed and we have had no communication from you. There is a point where the business needs to be paid and hear from the customer on when they can expect payment.

I wasn't going to write a review for my experience with this company until I got a voicemail that said, "I see that there has been little to no communication in your file...that's not our standard of service....but if you are still in the market for the project we would love to help...." The audacity to think that after two mishaps I would change my mind about a refund and let them keep my deposit and let the damage to my roof go unfixed! I reached out in October about a repair to a soffit junction damaged by squirrels. Jake came out showed me all this hail damage I supposedly had, and said we could also do the soffit repair. I let him talk me into filing a claim, as he said he would be present for the insurance inspection. I foolishly filed a claim under his recommendation, he did not attend the inspection, and then he disappeared after saying he would go back and forth with the insurance company and then I never heard from him again. Thanks Jake! Week or so later I get call from a different gentleman at this company that put me in touch with Andy, as Jake does not handle smaller jobs like I had. Unsure why Jake was given my information, and okay, blame admin, fine. Andy was responsive and professional, however there was some sort of communication breakdown internally at this company. I paid my deposit and the check was cashed by them. I was never contacted to schedule the job, despite reaching out twice, once in November and again in December - I was given a different reason each time as to why I couldn't even get the project scheduled. Finally, it is January, still no word, per their own records, and now that I have requested a refund... I get a voicemail and a couple emails from their admin team. I need my deposit back so I can pay again to get the squirrels out, since the damage was never fixed and they're back in there. As a solo female, there is a certain feeling you get when you feel like you've been taken advantage of..I can't prove it and maybe it was
