  Liberte knocked on our door in May 2022 following a big storm. After inspecting our roof they told us we had significant damage. They assured us that they would walk us through the process with our insurance company. After jumping through hoops, and waiting long periods between steps, being brushed off by the individual helping us and the company owner because they’re “busy,” 2 years later nothing has been resolved. Our insurance company now plans to drop us in September because of this mess. And where is Liberte’s help now? Non-existent.

  Do NOT work with them. They promised work they only did half of, now I have been chasing them for months to get back the money they owe me. Terrible communication from every single person I have contacted at this company.

  This is a great company for you if you hate communication, love projects taking almost a year to complete, and ultimately wanted to be treated like garbage (other than the garbage they leave around your property) by someone you give a large chunk of money to. For almost a year I have been going back and forth with Liberte about getting a job done and they’ve totally blown us off, delaying until the point that it became winter causing additional stressors on the project. They will not answer any forms of communication about when they will be arriving to work on the home and then show up at random times, on holidays, and treat out home like a junkyard. Ultimately, my siding is beautiful and that deserves a star. But if you already have a full time job, reconsider hiring liberte as it will be a full time job getting them to show up and finish the project.

  Very rude person I tried to call them to get an estimate done to a house I’m trying to purchase and the guy is extremely rude over the phone I wouldn’t recommend this company at all save your time.!!!!

  Good at making the sale, working with insurance and seeking payment. Quality of work seems OK, but had several call backs for miscommunication, issues with garage door install, leaving a roll-off dumpster at my house for 6+ weeks after the roof went on and a few other misc frustrations that have yet to be resolved. Very difficult to get a hold of after they have the contract signed to get questions and concerns answered. A co-worker had the same experience and we were using the same sales rep. Overall, seems about on par with other contractors I've dealt with, but will not go with them again.

  The team working on my new roof were clearly competent, skilled, and worked well together. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after they were finished. My new roof looks great.

  Amazing service. I have never worked with such a professional roofing company. Everything was super smooth and perfect. Moe started the entire process and he was such a pleasure to work with. Chelsea and Brad were amazing as well. I highly recommend them.

  After hail damage I was able to get a new roof with hail resistant shingles which saved me a lot on my homeowners insurance. Liberte was great working with my insurance and got the job done in one day. They also gave me some time to pay off the insurance deductible. I would recommend doing business with them.

  My story starts with being initially reluctant to listen to Liberte Construction after a hail storm went thru our neighborhood, thinking I would have to listen to a pushy salespeople. They recognized my hesitancy and politely accepted my decision and did not press me for a sale. A few weeks later, Ed Zouk saw me outside while he was in the neighborhood talking to other homeowners. He greeted me by name and said hello. Our conversation led to Ed explaining what Liberte Construction could offer and I agreed to listen. We ultimately had Ed and Liberte Construction replace our roof and gutters. I even had him do a bid for my son’s house and the roof and gutters were replaced there too. Both our houses were completed three weeks after we signed a contract, both mine and my son’s roof on the same day. I am pleased with Ed, the construction crew and Liberte Construction, including the office staff that helped answer many questions. They coordinated with my insurance company to handle my claim. My recommendation for Ed Zouk and Liberte Construction comes from 35 years of running a family business. I have seen the worst and the best of contractors and I feel Liberte Construction deserves an A+. Thanks for your help. Dave
