  Save yourself from incompetence and stay far, far away from Bayport. Company did a tear off and replacement of my roof, measured incorrectly and installed two different lots of shingles on roof resulting in roof looking patched. Crew did not cover roof overnight resulting in leaks that damaged the ceiling. Crew's also damaged siding and gutters during the tear off and company claims it was prior damage, which I have proof that it wasn't with photos. Terrible follow-up and an owner and office staff that does not respond to emails or phone calls. As of 11/8 - Still no resolution from Bayport, added photos. Jayme the owner and his entire office staff refuse to provide lien waivers per our multiple requests (and state law). Two weeks ago came outside at 7am to an entire crew of Spanish speaking only workers ready to tear off my roof with no dumpster, no material on-site and snow predicted. Had to talk to one of the workers wives on a cell phone to translate to the crew that they could not start on the project. Contacted Scott again and he didn't know what was going on nor why the crew showed up. Update as of 11/28 - Bayport finally came out and replaced our roof for the 2nd time. Of course they took short cuts and didn’t replace the flashing as they should have and in removing the prior roof damaged facia and cedar shake areas of my siding. Flashing was also done incorrectly around chimney. Complete radio silence from them. Talked to some of their subs and they said “Bayport is extremely disorganized and in some cases slow to pay”. This to me is a major red flag. Still no resolution to damaged ceiling due to water leaks and other damage that occurred during this install. Added updated photos of the most recent roof replacement. Update as of 12/1 - zero response from the company about fixing any of the damage done. Permit not closed out, insurance company now refusing to pay due to poor quality work. Good times.   The sales reps knocking on doors need to respect “no solicitation” signage. Your “service” is part of a solicitation. Based on today’s interaction I would advise against working with this company.

  Hacks only an amateur would go over the old roofing adding weight to the rafters and not inspecting the roof underneath. First layer Isn’t nailed down and the wind will soon tear it off. Cutting corners isn’t what a roofing company should be doing. The roof protects you investment. Don’t go with these guys.

  Please read! This comes as a last resort of countless text messages phone conversations with Jacob Hansen than his superior Scott Anderson. Terrible Experience with Bayport Roofing and Siding: Unresolved Issues and Continuous Delays I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Bayport Roofing and Siding, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. The numerous issues I have encountered throughout the process are not only concerning but also reflect a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Despite waiting for nearly two years for them to address the problems, I have been met with one excuse after another, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, the roof they installed has been a source of major concern. Instead of providing a secure and reliable roofing solution, the roof started lifting in different areas, posing serious risks to the safety and stability of my home. What's even more disconcerting is the fact that Bayport Roofing and Siding failed to install a drip edge, which is essential in preventing water damage to the substrate of the roof. This negligence shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for industry standards. The issues with the siding installation have been equally problematic. The siding they installed has repeatedly come off, leaving my home vulnerable to the elements and potential further damage. It is evident that proper installation techniques were not followed, raising concerns about the quality of their workmanship. Bayport Roofing and Siding should take responsibility for rectifying these installation errors and ensuring the siding is secured correctly. During the installation process, the company caused significant damage to my property. My fence was carelessly damaged, leaving it in disarray and requiring costly repairs. Additionally, they showed a complete lack of care when handling my light fixtures, resulting in breakage and rendering them non-functional. These damages could have

  They were only going to work on my roof but they turn in 86000 dollars worth of claims. They forged 33 thousand dollars with of check there is over 15000 thousand dollars that they stoled from me by cashing check they knew where forged. And won't give back the money they said the money was for window but never came up with the window they lied and told my ins company that they where talking to my wife and to me but I didn't even know they had turn in claim tell a year after they cash 6 check for 33 thousand I never knew that they had turn in claim they worked with my renter to steal my ID and my renter never could have cash the check but Bayport roofing ran them threw there account and they have came up with lie after lie a bout where my money I never even signed a contract with them and they knew the renter didn't own the home but they work with him to turn in and cash 6 forged checks they knew where forged and i am taking bayport roofing to court to try and get my money back dont trust them they just won't tell the truth

  I had a great experience with Bayport and specifically Tad Bowditch. I had hail damage that my insurance company had deemed as old damage and three other companies failed to get it approved. Tadd took one look and said he had a plan. It took a few months, but he got it fully covered. Work was done on time and they did a great job. Communication from Tadd and entire team at Bayport was fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

  Reliable & honest team. They provided a fair estimate for my roof repair. There were no hidden fees or costs everything was disclosed upfront. They delivered above my expectation results in a very timely manner for my urgently required roof repair. Highly Recommend them.
