Hard to give more then 2 stars, when right off the bat, I can't seem to connect with the firm to supply me an estimate. Contacted on their website by email and got a response asking additional information about address of property. I responded back by email and left a message on their phone. I did get a return call, but I wasn't able to answer the phone, and they left no message, so I called again and then nothing. In the meantime two competing firms made an appointment for tomorrow, and the other already provided an estimate. I know things can happen, and firms are understaffed, but for me this is a red flag. I don't want to be put into a position where after a contract is signed, you can't get the contractor to return a call. May be a great roof installer, but I will never know. The competing firm who will probably get the job, reached out to me by email, text, mail and phone. With today's technology, no reason for a potential customer to fall through the cracks because of lack of communication. Get this defect fixed, and perhaps on the next project or other property they may get another opportunity to bid a job.

Mr. Smith I do apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I also sent you an email apologizing. I hope your project works out as you had hoped.

I gave 5 stars because Seely Construction was prompt, professional and respectful. I had to call them, a year later, for a problem and they immediately responded with a solution, no questions asked. If you need work done, Tim Seely is your man.

Tim and his team are responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. I hired them to fix a few leaks and re-flash me chimney - could not be happier with the quality of repairs or the cost. I recommend them and I will be calling again when it is time for a roof replacement.
