  One star was as low as I could rate, would give minus 100 stars. Submitted false claims to my insurance for services NOT provided , inflated price by double after agreed estimate. AVOID. RUN AND DO NOT USE.

  Stay AWAY from this company. I have waited almost an entire year for them to fix my roof. My property manager already paid them partially and they have decided to avoid our calls and to this day, my house has had a tarp on for 5 months!! The young lady on the phone is absolutely a disgrace of a human being. She lies and is so disrespectful that I can't even begin to explain the disgust towards this company. It is a shame how they take advantage of people. Reviews don't lie. Check out their BBB and Yelp reviews. I just received a call from Robin who threatened me that she would not complete the job unless I removed the review. I advised her that I will do so IF and WHEN they finish the job that I have been waiting for them to do . Robyn, I will not be bullied by you. Check out all of the Yelp reviews and others. Your paying them off to remove reviews won't help your dishonest company. It is my duty to help and advise others so as to save them from making the same mistake I made. Stop calling me and asking me to remove my post. Your reply is nothing, but another lie and attempt to discredit me. But all people have to do is read the many negative reviews your company has.

  6/28/2018 Good Evening Jetzebell We are disappointed that you feel unsatisfied and would like to have all our customers feel as though they are our only customer. We do understand your frustration and would like to assist you in anyway possible. There are some misunderstandings and falsehoods stated in your review that do strongly impact how we are able to proceed with your project. Do to your residence being a rental property and you residing in the property as the tenant the approval of the roof replacement must be given by the property owner/landlord. We understand you may not be privy to all the details of the contract between the property owner and us the contractor and therefore wish to clarify the process. The approval of the roof replacement was not provided to us as you stated 1 year ago and was not approved until very recently by the owner of the property, following the approval given by the property owner to proceed with the roof replacement the property owner must sign the required permit paperwork to be submit to the bldg dept, a permit must be applied for and issued prior to the job commencement date. The approved permit was issued approx 1 month ago by the bldg dept. which would allow us to start the job after that time. Roof replacements cannot begin during a rainy day as that would cause water to intrude into the residence creating damage to the structure along with your personal property (we have experienced heavy rains early on this year which are not typical of the weather patterns) Please know the recent Hurricane has caused roofing materials to become in great demand as the storm was very widespread and our region does require special Miami Dade approved materials that are only manuf. for our area which doesn't allow for us to purchase materials outside of our immediate local suppliers. Furthermore the payment you have stated we rcvd is not accurate as we have not been paid for any portion of the roof replacement and are paid in full at

  I am still scarred over 10 years later , about the horrific experience I had with this company. They created leaks that weren't there in the first place and I went thru hell and high water to get them to fix it.can't believe still in biz

  Tu, the project manager on the roofing job in my area was GREAT! He was so helpful and attentive to a long, messy week of roofing repairs. He made sure the crew cleaned up after. My AC was unplugged and he sent someone back immediately to fix the issue! I am very appreciative!

  Reports of a stolen bonsai tree are speculative at best, and malicious accusations at worse. The property where this occurred has screen in balconies with no outside access, and roofers don’t care about your potted plants. If you were talking about returning home and discovering your beer fridge half empty I would believe it. But a bonsai tree? No way. This company has been around for over a decade and does not have any other reports of stolen property. Take the recent one-star reviews with a grain of salt.

  Brent and Robin are awesome! We needed a TPO roof for our office. I called other roofers that just gave me random estimates. Brent came out and did a thorough inspection and dang near gave me blueprints. Didn't go a penny over which to me was unheard of. They even told me how to qualify for savings on my coverage. I can't recommend them more.

  The staff and crew were professional and respectful. The owners took a hands on approach to the project and they were available to us at all times to walk us through the process and answer all questions/concerns. The project finished on time with no messes created for us. We highly recommend this company to everyone.

  I had a fantastic experience with SRSI! Our roof needed replacing and from beginning to end the professionalism of the whole team was top notch.
