These people are so Rude when you tell them they are wrong they respond back with vulgar language and negativity

  Reply from the business

We would never use vulgar language with a customer, this is absolutely ridiculous. This is either a bogus review by a competitor or this customer reviewed the wrong company. Either way, it is very disheartening.

This company lost my business as they apparently can't keep appointments. I was scheduled for a 3:30 appointment for an estimate yesterday. Luckily, I decided to call around 3:15 to ensure they were still on schedule. I was told their truck was in the shop and they wouldn't be able to make it to me until 5-5:30... good thing I happen to call them or else they obviously weren't going to let me know. 5-5:30 was too late so I rescheduled them for 4:30 today. Low and behold they never showed up again and I still haven't heard from them. Needless to say they won't be getting my business if this is how they operate.

I recently had a roof repair completed by Aastro Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Frankie, the estimator, went above and beyond. During the initial inspection, he noticed my gutters were clogged and took the time to remove the leaves himself. That small gesture showed me he genuinely cared about helping, not just selling a job. Nicole and Joseph in the office were also a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, accommodating, and kept me informed throughout the process, making everything easy from scheduling to answering my questions. The roofing crew did an excellent job. They were professional, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished. The repair looks great, and I have complete confidence in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Aastro Roofing to anyone looking for an honest, professional company with outstanding customer service from start to finish. Charles Fragapane

We had a great experience with Aastro Roofing from start to finish. Frankie was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made the process easy. The installation crew did an excellent job replacing our flat roof, the price was very fair, and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. I was especially concerned about my pool cage screen being damaged during the project, but they were very careful and left everything in perfect condition. I highly recommend Aastro Roofing!
