  Didn’t love working with this company. The completed roof looks good and I’m assuming they did a good job. If you use them just make sure you understand what their policy is and that they will ask for more money than you agreed to pay half way through the job. Lots of trash and nails left for me to pick up after the install as well. Done very quickly and efficiently though

  Be aware of horrible work they do on your home cost me thousands in repairs. Do not use them.You will be crying the blues after you use them.

  I’m a licensed home insurance specialist with over 10 years of experience, and I’ve never had such a frustrating experience just trying to retrieve an inspection report for a closing. Getting in touch with someone was difficult from the start. Even worse, I had to go through a CSR who acted as a middleman, relaying messages to the operations department. That level of disconnect is inefficient and unacceptable—especially in a time-sensitive situation like a real estate closing. After all of that, the report I finally received was for the wrong property. Completely unacceptable. I’ve worked with other providers like DMI, where communication is clear, service is fast, and I deal directly with the source—no third parties, no unnecessary delays. That’s the kind of reliability and professionalism I expect. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be using or recommending this service again.

The reason for the confusion is you were asking for a 4 point inspection which is not something roofing companies are licensed for and our team was unfamiliar with your request.   very unhappy with Kris i got an estimate of repair my roof leak $2900.00 after 5 minutes of inspection on work that was done 10 days before refused togo on my attic refused to take picture of the recommended repair job did not go over the entire roof find leaks.... will not recommend him in my community or else...

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I had to reverse my updated rating back to the original one star review and would give zero stars if possible, due to incompetence, poor workmanship, and what appears to be dishonesty by the owner, who told me over the phone that if I wasn't satisfied with their services I could hire another company and they would issue a refund. After giving them multiple chances to repair the leak they were hired for, they couldn't figure out the problem. I had to hire another company because Blues Brothers couldn't figure out the problem and took their time coming back every time I called to let them know the leak was still present. In the meantime water damage and mold was increasing in my home. Once the new company completed the proper repair I sent Blues Brothers 17 pages with 34 pictures of their poor workmanship and they have yet to issue the promised refund. I hired this company on July 10. Today is August 17. Definitely not worth the aggravation.

  Hello, Our previous clients (including the clients that have not contracted with us) will almost 10 out of 10 times share that we are one of the most honest and transparent companies they have worked with, specifically in this industry. We share that fact because the review shared here is unfortunately dishonest and not transparent and we have no recourse in having it corrected. We did work with this customer; she stated a leak that was fixed by our company was still leaking but that was not the case. She called multiple times, we went to her home over 5 different times and there were no signs of any leaks. Our repair technicians went in the attic with moisture meters, no leak. We water tested, no leak. We went out after it rained, no leak. There was NO sign of any leaks but this customer insisted there was. She had another company (unknown company) go out to repair the leak that she claims she had. She forwarded pictures from this company that showed us no leaks, the pictures shared were just pictures of the roof with no evidence of a leak detected. She insisted that they fixed the leak but would not provide us any of the contact information of the company that fixed the leak, in fact she refused. We can always do better, we truly believe that which has allowed our growth as a local small business but it is unfortunate that we have a rating that shows the opposite of what one of our core company values are, honesty. Our team works extremely hard in providing the best possible customer experience.

  The roof looked job looked ok, but the repetitive emails about writing a review is just obnoxious.

  Did NOT honor their warranty. Therefore, I don’t recommend working with this company unless you have an easy issue and won’t need to have them come out more than once.

  From the moment I contacted the company for a quote through the final completion of the project—and even afterward—the entire team was consistently responsive and supportive. The sales team, engineering staff, and back-office personnel were always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I was kept informed throughout every stage of the process. There was only one schedule adjustment due to weather conditions, and the project was ultimately completed three weeks ahead of the original timeline.   Philip from Blues Brothers Roofing was absolutely exceptional. If you are getting a new room you must ask for him to come to your home. My fiancée and I are in the process of exploring roof replacement options, and after speaking with several roofing companies, Philip stood out by a mile. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision, not selling us on a particular product. What impressed us most was how seen and heard we felt throughout the entire conversation. My fiancée was leaning toward a tile roof, while I was interested in metal, and Philip navigated both perspectives with professionalism, empathy, and zero pressure. He took the time to educate us on the pros and cons of each option, including underlayments, ventilation, fire resistance, energy efficiency, heat reflection, colors, longevity, and overall value. His depth of knowledge was remarkable, but what truly set him apart was his emotional intelligence. He created an environment where we felt comfortable asking questions and exploring our options.   Blues Brothers Is Where Roofing Dreams Are Made! We are so happy we chose them. The entire process was Amazing! In our first meeting with Philip we knew we had the right company and were in great hands. Jorge and the on site team were incredible and we miss seeing him everyday!   The team at Blues Brothers did a great job communicating at every stage. From a very reasonable estimate to being flexible, and waiting to complete the repairs, after we had the roof power washed. They sent 45 photos right after they were finished and I am very pleased with the result.

  I hired Blues Brothers Roofing to fix our smaller patio roof section. I was quoted at a rate from last year and they honored it. They were extremely professional, clean work, and able to fix the rotting roof issue I had. I would hire them for all and any roofing issues. 5*****s
