  Between the terrible communication, leaving roof metal on my lawn for weeks and the random calls from random numbers providing me start dates that happened to be incorrect.. when I called them to complain my feedback was ignored and they only asked for money. A terrible company and experience.

  State Wide Roofing are great ! Had great experience with them i did my windows and now the roof, NO stress once or ever, project managers Jessica and Enrique are great . I was more in communication with Jessica, she was always very responsive on any emails i sent out asking her many questions, very helpful all the time , my roof was done in about a week or so. The whole team from workers up in the deck to tile installation are great . I definitely recommend STATE WIDE ROOFING . Thank you for everything.

  Had an entire tile roof tear out and install. Enrique and Jess my project managers were instrumental in making the whole process as easy and manageable as possible with minimal interruption to our daily lives.

  The process started off a little rocky with permit problems, but I now have a beautiful Roof and I have had Jessica and Enrique keeping me posted during the process . They were able to get the entire thing done in two days so they did a great job.!

  Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the work and the final result. The crew originally came to my door offering their roofing services, and from the beginning the communication was straightforward and professional. The new roof looks great, and the workmanship appears to be high quality. That said, there were a couple of things that I think could have been handled better. When they removed the old roof and found damaged plywood, they replaced it without asking me first. I understand that it needed to be done, but I would have appreciated being consulted before adding to the final cost. Another issue was the documentation of the work. Since the company knew I would be out of state while the roof was being installed, I expected more thorough photo updates from the beginning. Initially, they only sent me a few pictures, and I had to keep asking for additional photos to verify the progress and completed work. More detailed documentation and proactive communication would have made me feel much more comfortable throughout the process. Despite those issues, the finished roof looks excellent, and I appreciate the quality of the installation. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work and would recommend them. With a little more communication and transparency during the process, the experience would have easily been a five-star one.
