  I called a few weeks ago about a leak on my roof. The guy came in, said couldn't look at the roof because it was too wet. Said would come back with a roofer on a drier day. Never came back. Never called back. They were highly recommended by a friend. If they're this irresponsible, I can only imagine their work.

  We had our roof done 12 years ago by this company. Reasonably priced, work done in one day. Yes, that was a long time ago, but, ever since that time, the soffit on the back of our house would continuously come off. We had them come out to repair it, and it would come off again. Our gutters would also come loose, and we would re-affix them ourselves using gutter screws. However, our gutters came off yet again--and the fascia board underneath rotted out. During all this time, 2-to-none would come out and repair loose shingles (came loose due to high-wind storms, not their fault) and inspect the roof and find no other issues. Considering that our gutters have continuously come loose (and the fascia rotted, as well as the soffit coming apart), we called another contractor. They are still working on our estimate, but they have informed us that our "roofing company" (not knowing who it was) never ran freeze paper over the fascia board (which most companies do in order to prevent the board from rotting), and cut our soffit completely wrong (which is why it kept coming apart). I'm not sure what the codes are in regard to this or when they came into effect, but BE SURE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK and ENSURE that your roofing company does their best to insure that, not only will your roof look great and do its job, but that they also protect your gutters, fascia, and soffit. It's ALL a part of installing a new roof.

  Can you say Bait and Switch. I spoke with the Bruce on the phone and asked him what his price was per square. He told me he would have to get back to me with a price. I said great Please email me & then we will schedule for an estimate. He emailed me back a price of 120 a square. When he showed up at my home for the estimate he started trying to up sell me and push products. I told him I was not interested in the up sell Please do the quote we discussed. After about 30 minutes his quote was complete and was about 199 a square. When I questioned the price difference he stated he must have sent me his cost and got an attitude with me. So I was not happy with his attitude and felt like they tried to pull one over on me. "I would not recommend this company because they are not straight forward."

  I can't say enough about the roof installed by Second to None Roofing. From Matt who sold me on the company, to Jason and Tony, and all the other workers who installed my roof. Excellent job men. They cleaned up afterwards, and 2 days later, Sherman the general manager, and his worker came out, they went around my house to pick up any xtra nails or debris that were missed. I highly recommended second to none roofing. I would give them 5 stars.

  A1 service! Second To None provided absolute professionalism. Any adjustments where swiftly take care of and never a problem. All of their work is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. The office personel are very friendly and accommodating.

  Just had our roof done by 2nd to none. Excellent experience. Large Crew which was well run by their Boss. Everyone had assigned duties and carried them out very efficiently. Attention paid to small details (I'm a former roofer, so I know) Clean up was exceptional. Would highly recommend this company.

  They redid our whole roof, and new gutters. Price was fairly competitive. Matt was straightforward about price, and stuck to it. The roofers were punctual, and got the entire roof done in one day! Annette even resent an invoice to insurance for us . That was not part of the job, and we appreciated it!

  Great company from the estimate to the end of the install. Everyone was so nice, Annette and Mary in the office, Sherman who did the estimate in December (going up on the roof with Wind and Snow) to the guys who came out to do the roof. We had tear-off they did a great clean up job.

  Had a leaky roof; Matt came to check it out, made some light repairs and didn't charge for his time or work. He provided a clear update of what he found, the work he did, and his general assessment of our roof. Staff is all very friendly, responsive, and reasonably quick to schedule!
