I only hit one star because you have to hit atleast one star to move forward in order to leave a review. Brett and Bobby came off as the most amazing individuals they did a lot of of the insurance work. Despite everything my house being the smallest/easiest to work with on. It ended up being the ugliest repair the smallest house and the biggest cost between me and of my neighbours that suffered hail damage on top of being paid more than he should have from insurance he put a lien on My Home. For 19 thousand dollars. I’m a widow and he saw me coming. My sunroom that hasn’t leaked in over years leaked AFTER the shot job he did. We agreed (Brett convinced me) to to face lift my chimney and it’s the most horrendous view ever, I struggle a lot financially and idk if or when I’ll ever be able to restore the damage that “Reliabke” roofers caused to my property at first BOBBY SEEMED honest but each time we talked about the repairs Brett would stop him and say that’s not included it was the most horrible experience r and work I’d ever seen. But what more can I DO, And when I tried contacting Bobby in hopes he would be honest he either ignore the call or shut the phone in my face if and when he knew it was Zee

Well, this review is factually incorrect. For one, I've never been on contract with you. I've been on contract with the homeowner. You do not own that home. We did the entire house: - new siding - new roofing - new soffit - new gutters We also did everything your insurance company said to do. Your insurance company came back and said they made a mistake. Your RCV policy is actually an ACV policy, and you or the homeowner wanted to pay us the difference in the amount that your insurance company said they were not paying. Unfortunately, we are not on contract with your insurance company. We are on contract with the homeowner because your insurance company made a mistake. That doesn't mean we should pay for the rest of your home remodeling project. We cannot legally go after your insurance company. Only the homeowner could. Now that you're writing this fraudulent review, which you put on the Better Business Bureau, it was instantly removed as soon as I showed them that we are not on contract with you. I apologize that your insurance company did this to you, but Reliable Roofing and Restoration did not. Please take down this review, or I will send it to my lawyer for a cease and desist letter, because this is factually not correct. It is factually not true, and you are defaming my company and my character as well. Please remove the review, or we will take the legal action required.

While we were going to use Reliable Roofing based upon our initial meeting with this company and others, we ended up going another direction when they told us that they required 75% of the price of the roof as down payment before they would begin work. I've never worked with a contractor requiring this sort of down payment particularly for a one-day project. I called another company who replaced our entire roof a week later with 0% down payment and paid upon completion. We would have been okay with a small down payment but contractors are automatically entitled to mechanics liens on the property for their work and have this protection and we've never given any reason to suggest we wouldn't have the payment in cash at completion so the request for such a substantial down payment was a red flag. Added to this, this down payment would have been more than the entire cost of the roof from the other contractor.

Reliable installed vinyl siding and stone foundation to our home which was way overdue for a facelift. From our initial contact with Bobby & Ryan, they communicated with us every step of the way. Brad & the install crew are exceptional. They really transformed the appearance of our home!!!

Outstanding customer service from the get-go, trying to get insurance aligned with the estimate and then the work and craftsmanship was fast and efficient. Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with every step along the way.

I am very happy with this roofing company and highly recommend them. They responded incredibly fast. After my phone call, they came the very next day to inspect the roof instead of making us wait for weeks like many other companies do. They carefully examined the problem, explained everything, and returned the following day to complete the repair. What impressed me the most was that they even offered to come back after the next rain to make sure everything was completely fixed and that there were no more leaks. It is clear that they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company that values its customers, I definitely recommend them.

These guys are great! I called with a problem and there were there to inspect and estimate the next day - very nice and down to earth - when it came to completing the job they were booked up with work due but managed to work some extra hours and get it completed quick since I was on a tight deadline! Thanks again.

🔍 Finding the True Source of a Water Leak Exterior leak repairs can be tricky because the place where water appears inside your home is not always where it entered. Water can travel behind siding, along framing, beneath roofing materials, or around windows before becoming visible. What looks like a siding or roof-flashing problem may actually be caused by damaged window flashing, failed sealant, improperly installed house wrap, step flashing, or another hidden opening in the exterior system. A thorough roof and siding leak investigation may require removing materials, inspecting behind the wall, making targeted repairs, and monitoring the area during future rainfall. In some situations, more than one visit is necessary to confirm the exact entry point and ensure the leak has been permanently resolved. Reliable Roofing & Restoration provides roof leak repairs, siding repairs, window-flashing repairs, and exterior water-intrusion inspections throughout Parma, Cleveland, and Northeast Ohio. Our goal is not to guess or cover up the symptom—it is to identify the real source, repair it correctly, and verify that your home is protected.6 days agoCall now
