  Last year, after having attended the Home and Garden Show, I decided to investigate the possibility of incorporating a solar roofing solution to my property in order to see if I could save myself some money. So I reached out to Feazel Roofing - since they'd given me the most information about the Solar Shingles by GAF. In addition to the fact that at the time Feazel was one of the few roofing companies in our area that offered the installation of this product. As expected, I was contacted by customer service the same day. I spoke with Chelsea Leavelle and we set an appointment. She was even nice enoough to send me a confirmation email: Hi [Deejartist], It was great talking with you. I have your appointment confirmed for Monday, 6/12/23 at 2pm. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime. Thank you and we look forward to the opportunity to work together. Have a great rest of your day! Sincerely, Chelsea Leavelle As it turned out, the service man couldn't make it on that day. So we reschedled for 6/14/23 at 12 pm. On 6/14/23 a service man named Nick Buehner came by at the appointed time. I told him exactly what I was looking for: An estimate on what it would cost to have this type of roof installed on my roof. Nick said that's what he would after he went up on the roof to take some measurments. When he came down off of my roof, he told me that he "found" wind damage on all 4 slopes of my roof. He explained that this meant that I could be eligible for an entire roof replacement. He even took me outside to show me the areas where he'd marked with chalk the shingles that were sticking up in the air. They weren't like that before, but I figured he knew what he was talking about. I was excited about that news, but that wasn't why I'd called him over. When I asked him if he was able to figure out what it would cost me to get the solar shingles, he said that he'd have to go back to the office to do some caluclations and he'd get back to me once t

  We have reached out to Feazel no less than 5 times in the past month for a repair (damage not caused by Feazel). After the initial contact, Feazel stopped returning our calls and never returned.

  I had a complete replacement due to wind and hail damage under my insurance policy. My adjuster Dimitri Moore was very helpful in determining that the entire roof should be replaced which then was covered by my homeowners insurance. And still installation was done in one day which proved to be very good as far as insulation and clean up.

  Frank was great at explaining everything. Everything he said would be done. The color, Midnight Mesa, is a new color for 2026. It looks great. My neighbors said the roofers were quick and efficient during tear down and the new install. Thank you Frank for listening to our concerns and answering all of our questions.

  Three years ago, Feazel put a new roof on our house. Did a great job during the recent windstorm. A piece of aluminum siding blew off. Jim Zipp came over from Feazel and repaired the siding. Absolutely outstanding service really nice young guy. Can’t say enough positive things about Feazel and the staff that works for them.

  We had Feazel Roofing handle our new siding and gutter installation, and the whole experience was great!   Mike and Feazel did a great job from start to finish. Mike worked closely with my insurance company so, I didn't have to. He sorted through the "run around" and got the new roof approved. It was installed in one day and the workers were very careful to not leave a mess or damage any landscaping. The roof looks beautiful. It's amazing the change to the aesthetics of the now that the faded roof is gone. I'm highly satisfied!!
