  To anyone reading this: The neighbor told the sales guy to remove the yard signs because it was an out of state company just staking yard signs in. We didn't do it maliciously; it was to help an elderly neighbor. Sorry if you thought we were "stealing" yard signs. Thanks

I am sorry you found nails in your driveway. We do our best to clean up all areas and due to the weather its been a little bit harder.   They did a nice and quick job on my roof. However they never came back to do my siding and everytime I've contacted them they never follow back up like they said they would. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt with all the storm damage....but it's been 2yrs now.

  Had a full tear-off. Bad communication, didn’t always warn me when they were coming out to look at my roof. Couldn’t schedule a hard date on initial payment due to weather and supplies (totally fine) but when we got past the date around which the install was supposed to happen I had to start contacting them once a week to check on the status since no one was letting me know what was going on. No one cleaned up during or after the install, even after I contacted the project manager and was assured someone would be sent out. There were roofing nails everywhere and while we did our best to get them up I still ended up with a flat tire because of one. I had another roofer come out to check the work and had to have Robinhood Roofing out to fix the flashing on the chimney because the outside roofer noted it wasn’t finished. In their defense the other roofer did say it was a fine enough job even if it was particularly good or clean. They left the dumpster overnight, which was fine but again I was told it would be out same day and no one told me it needed to stay overnight or when it would be removed. I can’t prove it but I’m pretty sure I was charged for replacement sheets of wood that were not used. It was overall just a frustrating process and I didn’t feel confident in their work and paid someone else to come review the install, which then needed further work. I wouldn’t hire them again and I wouldn’t recommend them

  Called up and said I have an install for a restaurant they said someone will get right out and call me back no one ever got out and never called me back. I called back, no one had any idea who’s going where, and the lady who answers the phone said some guy should’ve called me and has no idea what’s going on. Completely unprofessional and incompetent company cant imagine trusting them with anything

  Good morning Helene, your request for an inspection was given to Brett the same day you called. Our phone records show he called you on 8/23 we also have a recording of the call and you do not have an answering machine and text messages will not go through to that line.   I called Robinhood roofing and Restoration to make an app. They came within 2 days. He said it was my chimney not roof. He said he could fix it now. Was so happy. He just caulked it n charged 350. 1week later it’s leaking in my house. Caulked again.. leaking again. He gave me a bucket I could have. Said he was calling a friend to come. No call. Also said he would charge me way to much to fix the ceiling. Said I could call someone cheaper.

  Had them out for a consult. Pulled a few shingles off. Put a sign in my yard without asking or getting the job. Sent an invoice for $2000 and he didn’t even do any work and was not contracted for the job.

  Hey Tracy, Sorry to hear that you feel we treated you unfairly. However, we have a signed contingency contract with you stating that we would negotiate with your insurance company on your behalf acting under the assumption that if we got your roof approved we would do all repairs per the Insurance companies Scope. In regards to not doing any work, we provided an initial inspection and documented all damages, and reviewed said damages with you, all of which is free. After we signed the contingency contract, we contacted your insurance company, met the insurance adjuster at your home, provided evidence of said damages, removed a shingle from your roof to be identified (per insurance instructions) sent and paid for shingle to be identified, purchased said shingles, placed said shingles on said roof to show they are not of like kind and quality (also per insurance instructions.) Ultimately ending in your insurance company providing you with payment for full roof replacement. All of the things I mentioned above require time, energy, expertise, and all of which are in fact work. I'm sure you don't work for free Tracy, and neither do we.   Mason was our contact, he worked with the insurance company to ensure that we would get repairs due to hailstorms damage. We had house and garage roofs replaced His crew did a great job covering all landscaping, replacing roofs and cleaning up afterwards. Mason was a great company representative He did extra things to ensure that we were Taken care of. He did not try to upsell services or repairs that were not necessary. He advocated for the customer.

  We had a leak in our roof and I called Gino to come see if it was repairable. He e got the insurance company to come out and found hail and wind damage on our roof and siding. We ended up getting approved for both roofing siding and gutters. Thanks to the hard work of Gino dealing with our multiple insurance adjusters Gino got the job done and we are very happy with how wonderful our house looks!

  I wasn’t planning on getting a new roof, but a wind storm changed that. Gino from Robinhood Roofing was recommended by my friend that had his roof done a couple of years ago, and I’m glad he did. I truly didn’t know how to navigate the situation, but Gino calmed me and helped with every step, even working with my insurance. Once all that was taken care of and a date was set, the entire roof was done in a day (tear off to clean up). I asked if the noise bothered my neighbors, and they said it wasn’t horrible, but all the workers were respectful and super nice. Follow up visit went great and I couldn’t be happier with my new roof.

  Robinhood was very helpful during an emergency situation. My roof was repaired in most damaged areas because at the time, I was not ready to spend money on a new roof. No pressure. Friendly professional attitude. I remember one particular supervisor (I forgot his name), showed kindness, care and concern during my stressful time. I'll never forget it. I would definitely recommend Robinhood to anyone seeking quality work. It's nice to hear that they now remodel bathrooms and kitchens. I would surely seek their assistance if ever I am looking to remodel or if I know of anyone looking to remodel.

  Got some bricks replaced around my foundation by my door. Was told bricks might not match perfectly and explanations were laid out and I signed up. Guy showed up today didn't even notice and the bricks match perfect everything is exactly as expected. Would/will use again.
