  All Weather Roofing, performed a roofing job at my Apartment complex. During the week long job, the roofers were throwing Shingles out over the roof. Some of which landing in our parking lot, and hitting my Guests car. When reaching out to my property manager we were able to arrange a meeting with Mike Detzel the owner to look over the damages that were done from the Shingles. He provided one solution. Go to a Car Detailer or his choosing, to buff out the scratched paint. When asking if this wouldn’t fix the scratches he said well we’d have to prove his company was at fault. He exchanged no information regarding his phone number or insurance company for his company. I had to reach back out to my property manager who got us a phone number to his Business. I called Mike back to hopefully discuss further a solution on going to an Auto Body Shop and getting insurance involved but he wasn’t in his office, so when he returned my call, he called me restricted (so we still wouldn’t have his number) he left me a voicemail saying he was only going to pay for the Detailer to buff the matte paint job and that was it, nothing else and if I wanted to sue him go for it. I’m unsure why Mike runs his company this way, and why he pays for insurance if he isn’t going to use it when it’s necessary.

  Had a leaking roof and still do after complete tear off re roof terrible company won't even come back and fix it beware of this company you get what you pay for

  I wish I could give this crew 10 stars! In real estate, it’s hard to find reliable, fast, and accurate contractors! With over 40 buildings, having a professional roofing contractor is CRITICAL! All Weather is the first roofing vendor, in my 8 years of service, where I have not needed to make a single “call back” phone call! Book them now if you want your roof done right the first time!!!

  After consulting several companies with varying opinions regarding my roof, Mike, owner of All Weather Roofing in North Royalton stood out above all the rest. Mike was kind and he educated me greatly on several issues the other companies did not. He evaluated my roof, walked the attic and took the time to answer ALL of my questions and concerns. He listened to the needs of my house and my “special needs” family. Mike was patient while I double checked all the information with my brother and Chat GBT who confirmed accurate above and beyond service to meet the unique needs of my roof with a complicated addition. Mike came out a second time to answer more detailed questions on a Thursday and 5 days later my crew arrived at 7 am right on schedule to replace my roof. A friendly, professional team did an absolutely amazing job removing the old roof and installing my new roof along with a new ventilation system to solve previous problems. Excellent clean up! Neighbors commented how nice the roof looks. All Weather Roofing -Exceptional!

From the initial proposal to the completion of the project, their professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail were outstanding. Every member of their crew went above and beyond our expectations. They took the time to explain each step of the process, completed the work in a timely manner, and were always respectful, courteous, and professional.   Great experience with All Weather Roofing! Met with Mike and Josh right from the beginning and they were great with the quoting process down to picking out the materials. On the day of installation, Mikey did a great job running the crew and both Mike and Josh showed up again. Full installation in one day. Fair price and excellent work. The crew cleaned up everything beautifully before they left the site. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof!

  All Weather Roofing arrived soon after I asked for a quote on my old roof to be replaced. I was given a very detailed quote with a great price. The crew worked with respect of my property and did a fantastic job to finish the roof in one day. I highly recommend All Weather Roofing if you want quality at a great price.
