  Ms. George, First, I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding and for my part in the delay. When you submitted your request online, you stated that there was a leak inside the chimney. During our phone conversation, I explained that if the leak was coming from inside the chimney, it was most likely originating from the top of the chimney, which is not a repair we perform. Based on my understanding at the time, you were considering removing the entire chimney to identify and repair the source of the leak since that portion of the work falls outside the services we provide. Then after the repair work was completed you would contact us for a roof and/or siding estimate for the outside of the chimney. Again, I will take full responsibility for the unfortunate misunderstanding. We hope you have found a reputable company to handle all your repairs. Best of luck to you.

  A friend of mine has a leak in her roof; my neighbor recommended Seal Rite "mention my name". Well, my friend was told that they're not doing any business at this time. She asked if they had any recommendations; "I guess you'll have to call someone else!" Very dissatisfied!

  I called in the morning to ask for an estimate. The lady were rude on the phone, she took my information and promised to call back to give me an estimate, she didn’t call, I had to call back and ask again after putting on hold another lady gave me an estimate of $475 just to nail down 3 shingles fallen and I have the pieces on me. Then I called somebody else to do the same job for $100

  Bad experience with this company, sales told me 4-6 weeks. Tried to call twice for help with roof repair due to leak and no call back. Had to have another roofer repair the leak. 8 weeks later they call and said they will be out the next day. No other communication before that. I told them I will be having another company do the work because of their inability to communicate with me.

  Scott gave us a fair bid without high pressure and was available during the whole process. Installation was done within a reasonable timeline. Repairs were made to our damaged roof promptly and professionally. All work was done as promised. We were very pleased with the work of Seal-Rite and would highly recommend them.

  As president of a condo complex, this was the best experience that we have had with a roofing contractor.   We recently had our roof replaced by Seal-Rite Roofing, and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial inspection through completion, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They completed the project in two days, kept the work site clean, and the new roof looks great. I also appreciated that they had advised me a few years ago that my roof still had some life left, rather than pushing for an unnecessary replacement. That honesty gave me confidence when it was finally time to move forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Seal-Rite.
