  Arben, We appreciate that you corrected your original review after learning that our company was not performing a roof replacement and that the length of the project was therefore based upon an incorrect assumption. We strongly disagree with your characterization of our employees and with your account of the incident involving our customer. Our employees were working at our customer’s property, and we stand behind their professionalism and their conduct. Because this matter arose from a dispute involving neighboring property owners rather than from work Kanga Roof performed for you, we do not believe an online review is the appropriate place to continue debating the incident. We have preserved the relevant information and will not engage in further public exchanges concerning it. We remain proud of our employees and the work we perform for our customers.
